This cmdline argument is now a no-op. Drop it everywhere and add a new
CI check to enforce this.
Adjust the deprecated "minimal" initramfs variant to use
pmos.debug-shell to enable logging instead. It doesn't /support/
dropping to a shell, so the variable takes on a different meaning. But
that's ok since it's at least more consistent.

[ci:skip-build]: kernel builds are very likely to go through now
The China LTE versions of Samsung Galaxy S5 (G9006[VW]/G9008[VW]/G9009W) have
some little hardware difference with the G900F variant.
Add kernel variants, with klte variant for G900F (which is currently
supported) and kltechn variant for G9006/G9008/G9009W (newly added).

To make panel driver upstreamable to mainline linux, we need to use
proper panel selection in secondary bootloader (still TODO), and
therefore lk2nd will be strictly required to boot mainline port.
Switch flashing method to fastboot, enable sparse rootfs generation,
and depend on lk2nd package.
Depends on: postmarketOS/pmbootstrap!2174, to provide full
integration of lk2nd in pmbootstrap.
So, full flashing procedure for samsung-klte will look like:
$ pmbootstrap init
$ pmbootstrap install
$ pmbootstrap flasher --method=heimdall-bootimg flash_lk2nd
$ pmbootstrap flasher flash_kernel --no-install
$ pmbootstrap flasher flash_rootfs
$ fastboot reboot
Remapping the left key of tm2-touchkey to KEY_MENU.
The KEY_APPSELECT, which is set by the device tree, is not available in
the postmarketOS UIs. In X11 UIs this is due to keycode limitation to
8 bit. In Wayland UIs the keycodes don't have this limitation but xkb
keycodes higher 255 are not processed correctly by several software
packages. It still makes sense to keep KEY_APPSELECT in the device tree
because this is the correct mapping intended by the manufacturers when
running the kernel on Android.
Make the package consistent with firmware-qcom-adreno packaged from
linux-firmware, but keep them separate for legal reasons. The firmware
packaged in firmware-qcom-adreno-extra does not have a proper license.

msm-firmware-loader is pretty similar to klte's modem-firmware-mount
except that it sets up the symlinks dynamically. The nice thing about
it is that it seems to just work. :)

This is needed with the 5.11 kernel. Also adjust the vram & cma sizes
for all msm8974 devices.
The CMA size is 256MB as set in the kernel config.
VRAM is default 16MB although it is set to 192MB with a kernel patch;
but set it manually for all devices to make it possible to remove this
patch in the future - until we have IOMMU working.
* Mainline kernel: enable installation of Wi-Fi firmware.
Now that we have Wi-Fi support in mainline kernel, use it.
* Mainline kernel: adjust description of mainline kernel
subpackage; we still cannot recommend it over downstream,
but it is not so experimental anymore.
* Downstream kernel: add workaround for broken SSH:
use dropbear instead of openssh server. See #808https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/808
[ci:skip-build]: build in CI is currently failing with 'BAD signature'
errors; probably caused by outdated Alpine packages in the dl-cdn
mirror, related to the musl-1.2 rebuild in Alpine edge.
At the moment we have Contributor: lines on some packages (but not all of them),
but often they don't represent the actual contributors to the package very well.
E.g. when we added them retroactively to the device packages we only added
the initial contributor (which isn't necessarily the person
who made most of the work for a device...)
The Git history is the most representative source for figuring out
who contributed to a package, so there is no reason to duplicate that
into the APKBUILD.
[skip ci]: way too many packages
* make modules_initfs same as lg-hammerhead
(fixes postmarketOS splash logos at boot)
* split out downstream-firmware and mainline-firmware
* add firmware-adreno to firmware-mainline subpkg
* prepare deviceinfo file to mainline kernel
Prepare for better device categorization by moving everything to testing
subdir first.
[skip-ci]: chicken-egg problem: passing pmaports CI depends on pmbootstrap MR
depends on this MR
