The UART console makes the boot process a whole lot slower due to printk
being synchronous. These devices are well enough supported that we can
disable UART logging by default to improve the boot speed. This
constitutes a ~30 second speedup on the SHIFT6mq at 115200 baud.
The soc-qcom-sdm845-nonfree-firmware dependency is now moved from
firmware-oneplus-sdm845 package to the device package.
This will make the firmware package to only depend on firmware files.
[ci:ignore-count]
[ci:skip-vercheck] needed for the postmarketos-ui-* packages in this
series
[ci:skip-build] already built ui-* packages in CI, and device pacakges
are just trivial deviceinfo change (manually built some just to verify)
Add the missing depends for our soc package alsa ucm configs. Also add
the missing depends to add the GPU firmware to the initramfs so that
osk-sdl works properly!
Also enable logs and point them to UART, this will clean up the splash
screen and let any developers with UART attached to debug the boot
process.
Make needed deviceinfo changes to support osk-sdl, add "quiet" to the
cmdline and bump the package version to 1.
