No longer builds, can't be bothered to investigate why as the error is
unusual and I don't understand it. See issue linked below for more
detailed information.

Package was removed and is now included in boot-deploy.
[ci:ignore-count]: Lots of packages intentionally changed.

Near-mainline kernel is feature-complete since quite some time, so lets
use that as a default also to simplify boot process, since downstream kernel
depends on various blobs loaded into memory by the bootloader.
Get rid of quirks required in boot process for mainline kernels
also by using a near-mainline u-boot.
Prepare for handling rev b devices.
Keep Downstream kernel to be able to optimize/compare EPD operation
- The 3 different variants of the lt01 will be merged into a single
main device package, so the old package is deprecated.
- We will now be using the mainline kernel, so the downstream kernel is
no longer necessary.
- Add a patch to fix a new build error.
With the pmbootstrap change let's change the deviceinfo variable names
to the non-deprecated version.

In preparation of new sdm660-mainline kernel release all
downstream ports will become irrelevant.
If needed, downstream port can still be chosen as
'xiaomi-lavender-downstream' during pmbootstrap init.

The mainline port has almost reached full feature parity with the
downstream port. Default to mainline in new installations, but keep
downstream around as it'll still be needed for bringing up the currently
missing features.
Samsung Manta is now supported by linux-posmarketos-exynos5.
Update device-samsung-manta to use it, and move downstream kernel and
device to unmaintained.
Also adds a script and networkmanager configuration to autoconfigure
WiFi MAC address from /proc/cmdline.

Downstream for kernel development, not for actual use.
Kernel defconfig taken from stock with:
- CONFIG_ANDROID_PARANOID_NETWORK unset
- CONFIG_DEVTMPFS set
- CONFIG_EXT4_FS_POSIX_ACL set
- CONFIG_LOCALVERSION set to "-downstream"
- CONFIG_SYSVIPC set
- CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS_RNDIS set
- CONFIG_USER_NS set

I renamed the repository so GitHub changed all the checksums. :(
[ci:skip-vercheck]: the source files are still exactly the same

The downstream kernel has barely any functionality without libhybris
(which is not coming back to pmOS) so move everything related to the
OnePlus 5/5T downstream ports to downstream since a working mainline
port is much more feature rich.
mesa-dri-swrast no longer exists and just installs,
mesa-dri-gallium. However, this might not always be the case, so
let's change it before it causes any issues.

Downstream kernel will not be maintained really, but useful for
exploring stuff. This kernel is at version 4.14 and can be
compiled with recent gcc versions though, so not that bad.
USB rndis works, touchscreen too, but no display (framebuffer,
/dev/fb0 is not present at all). Internal storage works, also
battery/charging.
Make the package consistent with firmware-qcom-adreno packaged from
linux-firmware, but keep them separate for legal reasons. The firmware
packaged in firmware-qcom-adreno-extra does not have a proper license.
