Drop duplicated dependencies, which have been already included
in postmarketos-base-ui-plasma:
- dnsmasq
- elogind
- elogind-openrc
- polkit-kde-agent-1

All of Plasma Bigscreen was removed from aports[1]. It will return with
KDE 6.1, according to PureTryOut. But for now, disable this package by
making it build on no architectures so that CI works again.

The ovos package is now available in Alpine for aarch64 too. Enabling
the package for aarch64 again fixes the currently failing bpo images for
master:pine64-rockpro64:plasma-bigscreen.

MyCroft has seized development and the package has been removed from
aports. The OpenVoiceOS community has taken over development and has
with ovos a drop-in replacement.
This should be reverted when this Alpine issue has been closed:

the networkmanager package in alpine was refactored and the wifi and
wwan components were split off into separate subpackages. without these,
wifi and wwan networking are broken.

Let every postmarketos-ui-* package have a link on top that points to
the new UI package reference. Do not put the link in <>, as it was done
with other references, since there's no benefit to it. It doesn't look
better and it doesn't make it easier to click the link or something, I
just did this initially because I saw it in GPL license headers.

MyCroft is something definitely not everybody wants, and it could in
theory even make slower devices unusable while they would otherwise work
fine with Bigscreen. Let's move it to extras so it's optional to install
NymphCast is a FOSS Chromecast replacement (not a drop-in one though)
and allows you to "cast" audio and video to your device running the
nymphcast server. Plasma Bigscreen seems like an ideal use-case for this
so let's install and launch it by default. People can always uninstall
it anyways
Adds pmb:gpu-accel option to Phosh, Plasma Mobile/Bigscreen, Sway,
Glacier and Kodi APKBUILDs to hide the UIs at `pmbootstrap init`
for devices without GPU acceleration support.

This:
1. fixes the UI not showing up on boot by installing polkit-elogind
2. makes for fancy password popups when root rights are needed rather
than just fail silently
UIs that depend on networkmanager also have an added dependency on
dnsmasq since this was removed from postmarketos-base
[ci:ignore-count] lots of packages, but no code compilation..
Let all packages depending on tinydm depend on tinydm-openrc too. This
is needed to make sure that tinydm-openrc is installed, before the
tinydm service is enabled in the UI's post-install scripts.
This was not an issue because tinydm currently depends on tinydm-openrc.
But that's a hack and will be removed when upstreaming tinydm to alpine.
