This allows the audio switching backend stuff to work on all UIs (see
!5072 / 87d355e08). For example, users of any UI can switch audio
backends by installing one of the pmos-base-ui-audio-* metapackages.

Notification daemon; provides nice HUD for volume control and allows
Blueman to normally send notifications instead of opening separate
windows (which can get very annoying for frequently-reconnecting
devices).
There are three changes from the config source "xfce4-phone":
- Move whiskermenu settings to xfconf (required by an upstream change)
- Hide tooltips by workaround (opacity and font size)
- Increase double-click distance tolerance
And one change in postmarketOS files:
- Enable mouse key buttons on onboard keyboard by default (eases
right-clicking)

The xfce4-battery-plugin doesn't need to be installed anymore since we
switched to the "power manager plugin" in postmarketos-ui-xfce4 0.5.0.
The link to the old PostmarketOS icon isn't needed anymore for new
installations.

Actually package pulseaudio is needed instead of pulseaudio-utils.
Package pulseaudio-utils then gets drawn in by postmarketos-base-ui
sub-package pulseaudio.
For Xfce4 this is a cosmetic change because pulseaudio gets installed
as a dependency of pavucontol already. Keeping pulseaudio in the
_pmb_reccomends list makes sense to be clear which pieces are needed.
For MATE an explicit installation of pulseaudio is needed because it
doesn't use pavucontrol.

postmarketos-ui-i3wm|mate.post-deinstall:
Contains removal of file "61-autologin.conf"|"65-autologin.conf".
However, this file is removed by apk automatically unpon
deinstallation.
postmarketos-ui-i3wm|mate|xfce4.pre-deinstall:
Contains disabling service "lightdm". Removing display manager service
upon deinstallation isn't done by other UIs either. It can lead to
unexpected behaviour when installing another UI using lightdm and then
uninstall MATE UI.

postmarketos-ui-i3wm.post-upgrade:
Removed postmarketos-ui-i3wm.post-upgrade and replaced it with a link to
postmarketos-ui-i3wm.post-install, like it's done in MATE and Xfce4.
unclutter-xfixes version 1.6 introduced new options --hide-on-touch
and --start-hidden. That seems appropriate enough to cover the use
cases touchscreen usage (hide cursor) and mouse/touchpad usage (show
cursor).
The main change is to move the postmarketOS-specific Xfce4 configs
from /etc/skel to /etc/xdg. This improves the config handling because
the location in /etc/xdg can be defined as the default fallback
configs.
Moving the gtk-3.0 folder to /etc/xdg did not work. Therefore this
one remains in /etc/skel.
Beyond this, there are some minor changes from the xfce4-phone
repository:
- Change icon path of whiskermenu button to new location
- Apply pmOS wallpaper to more monitors
- Several clean-ups in the config files
The postmarketOS icon was moved to a new location (see issue
pmaports#1418). Therefore the button of whiskermenu in the panel
becomes empty. This commit creates a symlink at the old location
to restore the icon on existing Xfce4 installations.

Let every postmarketos-ui-* package have a link on top that points to
the new UI package reference. Do not put the link in <>, as it was done
with other references, since there's no benefit to it. It doesn't look
better and it doesn't make it easier to click the link or something, I
just did this initially because I saw it in GPL license headers.

Additional changes in postmarketos-ui-xfce4:
- Installing greybird-themes (which is already set as default theme in
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xsettings.xml).
- Changing /etc/skel/.config/autostart/onboard-autostart.desktop to
slightly speed up keysboard startup (overriding startup-delay of
/etc/xdg/autostart/onboard-autostart.desktop).
- Enabling scrollbars by /etc/profile.d/enable-scrollbars.sh, this is
helpful where touch-scrolling doesn't work like e.g. in whiskermenu.
(And re-ordered network-manager-applet in APKBUILD _pmb_recommends
section.)
Also removing xfce4 subpackages of device-qemu-amd64,
device-qemu-aarch64 and device-nokia-n900. The device specific monitor
to set the wallpaper will now be automatically derived from "monitor0"
in file xfce4-desktop.xml.
Additionally taking maintainership as discussed in merge request
(!2506).
Installing "onboard" onscreen keyboard and enabling autostart.
Option "Don't auto-show while external keyboards are connected" is
activated.

Currently, shut down and reboot as a user does not work (sudo shutdown
from terminal required). polkit-elogind needs to be installed. lxpolkit
is not needed.
UIs that depend on networkmanager also have an added dependency on
dnsmasq since this was removed from postmarketos-base
[ci:ignore-count] lots of packages, but no code compilation..
At the moment we have Contributor: lines on some packages (but not all of them),
but often they don't represent the actual contributors to the package very well.
E.g. when we added them retroactively to the device packages we only added
the initial contributor (which isn't necessarily the person
who made most of the work for a device...)
The Git history is the most representative source for figuring out
who contributed to a package, so there is no reason to duplicate that
into the APKBUILD.

The openrc service of lightdm has been moved to lightdm-openrc in
Alpine. Fix all UIs depending on lightdm, so their post-install script
does not fail with:

* rc-update: service `lightdm' does not exist
When the UI package is reinstalled (due to the package being recompiled
or upgraded), it runs $pkgname.post-upgrade instead of
$pkgname.post-install which would run the sed replacement LightDM
autologin. This will cause LightDM to show the greeter when the UI
package is rebuilt, and the user ran pmbootstrap install without
deleting the old chroot.

Move Wayland meta packages to LightDM and replace ConsoleKit2 for
elogind for Plasma.
Now we don't need the hacky scripts in /etc/profile.d anymore!
This change requires elogind for both Weston and Plasma Mobile. Using
elogind allows us to use one patch less in kwin. Weston has logind
(which elogind provides) support disabled in Alpine Linux, so I put the
package in temp/ with it enabled for now, but will upstream this change
to Alpine.
Remove consolekit2 dependency in postmarketos-ui-xfce4.

* Fix XFCE4 didn't start in qemu-amd64, because it required
libEGL.so.1, which is provided by mesa-egl. This is a dependency
of device-qemu-amd64-x11 now. (It worked for Hildon and Weston,
because they pull mesa-egl in with other packages.)
