it's now blocking all MRs from merging.

A bunch of override files in postmarketos-base-ui-plasma seem to have come from the plasma-mobile ui package, which probably shouldn't be on desktop and bigscreen.
With Plasma 6, a lot of the overrides are now no longer necessary for Plasma Mobile.
Situation with each file:
- 000-gschema.override - This likely was for changing maliit themes and GTK title bar layout for Plasma Mobile, maliit theming was dropped (https://github.com/maliit/keyboard/pull/108), and title bar layout is now handled within Plasma Mobile
- kdeglobals - This was for setting the look-and-feel on Plasma Mobile and default browser, it's now handled within Plasma Mobile envmanager
- kwinrc - These were settings for disabling window decorations and setting the vkbd to maliit, which is now handled in Plasma Mobile envmanager
- kscreenlockerrc - This is to autolock the screen after login (tinydm autologs in), the file was for Plasma Mobile, I don't think we want it for Desktop since SDDM is used there
A welcoming application. It can be extended with custom pages which
we'll do later for a pmOS specific page, but for now it at least tells
the user a bit about Plasma

It has been dropped from Alpine due to being unmaintained and it's
dependencies not building against the latest kmime (23.04) anymore

We already ship Angelfish and shipping 2 browser takes up a lot of
space. Besides Angelfish feels more native in Plasma Mobile (being baed
on Qt and made for mobile) and has a built-in adblocker nowadays so it
seems like the better option.
urfkill hasn't been used for quite a while, no need to keep it around
Motivation for this change is that the image builds of the UI are
currently running out of space so we need to decrease the image size
Adjust UIs that pre-install megapixels (not megapixels-gtk3) to also
recommend using postprocessd. This pulls in opencv, but overall improves
the usability of megapixels a lot so it seems worth installing by
default.

the networkmanager package in alpine was refactored and the wifi and
wwan components were split off into separate subpackages. without these,
wifi and wwan networking are broken.

Add and rearrange dependencies with new apps, and fix angelfish package
name.
Adds the following packages to extras:
- alligator (rss reader)
- kasts (podcasts)
- tokodon (mastodon client)
Move neochat from a required to an extra dependency, since it's a
matrix client (which many people may not need).
Add plasma-mobile-sounds to main dependency, so that kclock (and dialer
in the future) have sounds to choose from.
Rename plasma-angelfish to angelfish dependency since plasma-angelfish
was renamed in alpine at some point.
Remove the part of the description of the package that says numeric
passwords are required (no longer the case).
Upstream has switched from ofono to modemmanager since Plasma 5.23 and
Plasma Mobile Gear 21.12. Since the latter has just been released it's
now time to switch our images too.
The modemmanager service will be enabled to start on default and for
existing installations the .post-upgrade script will disable and stop
the existing ofono service and enable and start modemmanager instead.
Let every postmarketos-ui-* package have a link on top that points to
the new UI package reference. Do not put the link in <>, as it was done
with other references, since there's no benefit to it. It doesn't look
better and it doesn't make it easier to click the link or something, I
just did this initially because I saw it in GPL license headers.

Glacier and Kodi APKBUILDs to hide the UIs at `pmbootstrap init`
for devices without GPU acceleration support.

UIs that depend on networkmanager also have an added dependency on
dnsmasq since this was removed from postmarketos-base
[ci:ignore-count] lots of packages, but no code compilation..
The dialog to set a kwallet password is currently broken and unusable if
you try to set a password. To prevent this, just install a
pre-configured wallet without a password.
Not a great solution, but better than having the functionality be broken
for now.
Proper fix would be upstream fixing the virtual keyboard so users can
enter values in the right boxes. Once that is fixed, we can (and should)
revert this
Note by ollieparanoid: this patch was originally added as MR 2079 to
v21.03, instead of to master first and then getting cherry-picked to
edge as the process should be.

[ci:skip-vercheck] We need our Mauikit to have -r1 to be newer
than in Alpine repos, but the CI requires all new packages to
have -r0.
We're going to omit Telegram though, we shouldn't recommend a walled
garden with proprietary backend like that. Besides, NeoChat (and thus
Matrix) is already in there
NeoChat is available in community, and will be shipped by default on the
PinePhone KDE CE, so let's do the same
