firmware-xiaomi-kenzo: fix slow boot caused by venus firmware (MR 4699) 
Package venus firmware to fix:
"subsys-pil-tz 1de0000.qcom,venus: venus: Failed to locate venus-v1.mdt"
causing 30 seconds delay on boot.

treewide: firmware: use pmb:cross-native/!tracdeps (MR 2468) 
Add pmb:cross-native/!tracedeps to applicable firmware packages and
secure both with a test.

This sets the pmb:cross-native and !tracedeps options on all firmware-*
packages that are compatible with the native compilation method. A unit
test ensures the presence of both options while maintaining a list of
exempted packages.

firmware/*: move rest of firmware packages to device/testing (MR 1362) 
After moving the firmware packages used by devices in community to
device/community, move the rest of the firmware packages to device/testing.
