main/linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916: upgrade to 5.9-rc7 (MR 1603)

- Add "BAM DMUX" driver as network interface to the modem
  for mobile data
- Major rewrite/cleanup of all MSM8916 device trees
- Lots of cleanup everywhere
