switch the lg-hammerhead to linux-postmarketos-qcom

Browse source 
- Currently just graphics along with weston tested
- Depend on firmware-adreno from device-lg-hammerhead
- Reduce dep of linux-firmware
- Just pull qcom, bracm and adreno firmware
