linux-samsung-a6lte: disable CONFIG_ZSWAP (MR 5144)

This causes a lot of spam in dmesg about "failed to allocate compressor transform", making it nearly impossible to search anything in the system logs.

This option has nothing to do with zram.
[ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
