temp/u-boot-librem5: upgrade to 0.8 (MR 1790)

Browse source 
This syncs u-boot with the upstream branch, and includes the following
new features:
- support for board rev in u-boot
- fix uart4

[ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
