Subject: [PATCH 4/6] wip: input driver for gpio buttons
Bootmenu requires an input device with arrows and enter key.
A common smartphone luckily has power, volume up/down buttons,
which may be used for bootmenu.
This driver implements linux,code on a gpio pins.
