Ben Hutchings fd468c74bd net_tstamp: Add SIOCGHWTSTAMP ioctl to match SIOCSHWTSTAMP ... SIOCSHWTSTAMP returns the real configuration to the application using it, but there is currently no way for any other application to find out the configuration non-destructively.
