We now reference the arp_tbl, which requires IPv4 support to be
enabled in the kernel, otherwise we get a link error:

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
