William Wu 56eefb4ebb phy: rockchip-inno-combphy: disable lane 0 for usb3 to save power ... For rk1808 platform, when system enters deep sleep, it doesn't need usb3 phy to detect any signals, so we can disable lane 0 to reduce power consumption.
