ASoC: remove codec reg_cache
Codec reg_cache is legacy feature, almost all driver are now using
common regmap, and very few driver had been used this legacy feature.
Because of this background, it is now implemented on each

So now, no one is using codec reg_cache. Let's remove it.

ASoC: omap: Introduce the generic_dmaengine_pcm based sdma-pcm
With the generic dmaengine_pcm support the omap-cpm can be replaced with a
much smaller wrapper.

CPU DAI drivers can use the:
int sdma_pcm_platform_register(struct device *dev,
			       char *txdmachan, char *rxdmachan);

To register the platform driver, txdmachan/rxdmachan is only needed to be
provided if the DMA channel names are not standard tx/rx, like in case of
McPDM, or the DAI is only capable of one audio direction (DMIC, HDMI).

This patch only introduces the source file and changes to the
Kconfig/Makefile, but does not change any of the DAI drivers to use it.

1155a26a25 s390/early: get rid of memmove_early
memmove_early was introduced with commit d543a106f9 ("s390: fix
initrd corruptions with gcov/kcov instrumented kernels"). The reason
for writing this extra memmove implementation was to be able to move
memory from an unknown location (aka SCSI IPL parameter block) to a
known location.

This had to done early before it was known if the SCSI IPL parameter
block pointer was valid or not, and therefore the memmove
implementation was supposed to be able to handle program checks.

The code has been changed and especially with commit d08091ac96
("s390/ipl: rely on diag308 store to get ipl info") and
commit b4623d4e5b ("s390: provide memmove implementation") there
is no need to have a memmove version that can handle program checks,
and in addition it cannot be gcov/kcov instrumented anymore.

77715b7ddb s390/cpum_sf: Add data entry sizes to sampling trailer entry
The CPU Measurement sampling facility creates a trailer entry for each
Sample-Data-Block of stored samples. The trailer entry contains the sizes
(in bytes) of the stored sampling types:
 - basic-sampling data entry size

Both sizes are 2 bytes long.

spi: remove the older/duplicated bcm53xx driver
This driver was added by commit 0fc6a323e1 ("spi: bcm53xx: driver for
SPI controller on Broadcom bcma SoC") back in 2014. It was needed to
provide a minimal support for SPI controller on BCM5301X (AKA Northstar)
devices.

An alternative driver was added by Kamal in commit fa236a7ef2 ("spi:
bcm-qspi: Add Broadcom MSPI driver") 2 years later. It supports the same
hardware but for some reason a new driver has been developed for it.

At this point the new driver supports: more modes, setting a speed,
setting bits per word and uses IRQs instead of polling. DTS file for
BCM5301X has also been updated in the commit 1c8f406507 ("ARM: dts:
BCM5301X: convert to iProc QSPI") - over a year ago.

That explained I see no reason to keep the old driver alive.

This way we have one central definition of it, and user can select it as
needed. The new option is not user visible, which is the behavior
it had in most architectures, with a few notable exceptions:

 - On x86_64 and mips/loongson3 it used to be user selectable, but
defaulted to y. It now is unconditional, which seems like the right
thing for 64-bit architectures without guaranteed availablity of
   IOMMUs.
 - on powerpc the symbol is user selectable and defaults to n, but
many boards select it. This change assumes no working setup
required a manual selection, but if that turned out to be wrong
we'll have to add another select statement or two for the respective
   boards.

d4a451d5fc arch: remove the ARCH_PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT config symbol
Instead select the PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT for 32-bit architectures that need a
64-bit phys_addr_t type directly.

f616ab59c2 dma-mapping: move the NEED_DMA_MAP_STATE config symbol to lib/Kconfig
This way we have one central definition of it, and user can select it as
needed. Note that we now also always select it when CONFIG_DMA_API_DEBUG
is select, which fixes some incorrect checks in a few network drivers.

79c1879ee5 iommu-helper: mark iommu_is_span_boundary as inline
This avoids selecting IOMMU_HELPER just for this function. And we only
use it once or twice in normal builds so this often even is a size
reduction.
