0e3f1ad80f Remove VirtualBox guest shared folders filesystem
This went into staging in rc7.  It turns out that was a mistake, and
apparently it wasn't even supposed to go there at all, but be introduced
as a regular filesystem.

We don't try to sneak in whole new filesystems this late in the rc, just
delete the whole thing, and it can be re-introduced as a proper patch
with proper acks from actual filesystem people instead of some odd
late-rc staging back-door.

df4028658f staging: Add VirtualBox guest shared folder (vboxsf) support
VirtualBox hosts can share folders with guests, this commit adds a
VFS driver implementing the Linux-guest side of this, allowing folders
exported by the host to be mounted under Linux.

This driver depends on the guest <-> host IPC functions exported by
the vboxguest driver.

226a0a7161 ANDROID: staging: ion: Fix dynamic heap ID assignment
The current implementation derives the heap ID using
ffs(), which is one-indexed, and then proceeds to use
this value with functions such as find_next_zero_bit()
and test_and_set_bit() which operate under a zero-indexing
scheme. This can lead to some clumsy/erroneous handling when
dynamically allocating a heap ID, as follows:

CMA heap bits range: [8, 15]

First CMA heap without a heap ID registration:

start_bit = ffs(ION_HEAP_DMA_START) /* 9 */
end_bit = ffs(ION_HEAP_DMA_END) /* 16 */
id_bit = find_next_zero_bit(dev->heap_ids, 16 + 1, 9) /* 9 */
test_and_set_bit(9 - 1, dev->heap_ids) /* Succeeds */

Second CMA heap without a heap ID registration:

start_bit = ffs(ION_HEAP_DMA_START) /* 9 */
end_bit = ffs(ION_HEAP_DMA_END) == 16 /* 16 */

Thus, switch to a zero-indexing scheme when deriving the
heap ID parameters to simplify the logic, as well as correct
the dynamic heap ID assignment logic.

153c5d8191 staging: wlan-ng: fix exit return when sme->key_idx >= NUM_WEPKEYS
Currently the exit return path when sme->key_idx >= NUM_WEPKEYS is via
label 'exit' and this checks if result is non-zero, however result has
not been initialized and contains garbage.  Fix this by replacing the
goto with a return with the error code.

ecbdae8679 Add an IOCTL to check ION ABI version
Userspace needs a way to detect ION ABI version at runtime to determine
heap IDs. CURRENT_ION_ABI_VERSION is set to 2 considering legacy and
upstream versions as 0 and 1.

6e58fc14d7 staging: exfat: Use kvzalloc() instead of kzalloc() for exfat_sb_info
Fix mount failed "Cannot allocate memory".

When the memory gets fragmented, kzalloc() might fail to allocate
physically contiguous pages for the struct exfat_sb_info (its size is
about 34KiB) even the total free memory is enough.
Use kvzalloc() to solve this problem.

5bdea60606 Staging: fbtft: fix memory leak in fbtft_framebuffer_alloc
In fbtft_framebuffer_alloc the error handling path should take care of
releasing frame buffer after it is allocated via framebuffer_alloc, too.
Therefore, in two failure cases the goto destination is changed to
address this issue.

895b5c9f20 netfilter: drop bridge nf reset from nf_reset
commit 174e23810c
("sk_buff: drop all skb extensions on free and skb scrubbing") made napi
recycle always drop skb extensions.  The additional skb_ext_del() that is
performed via nf_reset on napi skb recycle is not needed anymore.

Most nf_reset() calls in the stack are there so queued skb won't block
'rmmod nf_conntrack' indefinitely.

This removes the skb_ext_del from nf_reset, and renames it to a more
fitting nf_reset_ct().

In a few selected places, add a call to skb_ext_reset to make sure that
no active extensions remain.

I am submitting this for "net", because we're still early in the release
cycle.  The patch applies to net-next too, but I think the rename causes
needless divergence between those trees.

control from entering rtw_hal_read_chip_version() which dereferences the
null pointer. Fix this by adding a 'goto' to the error path to more
gracefully handle the issue and avoid proceeding with initialization
steps that we're no longer prepared to handle.

Also update the debug message to be more consistent with the other debug
messages in this function.

2eed19b99c staging: bcm2835-audio: Fix draining behavior regression
The PCM draining behavior got broken since the recent refactoring, and
this turned out to be the incorrect expectation of the firmware
behavior regarding "draining".  While I expected the "drain" flag at
the stop operation would do processing the queued samples, it seems
rather dropping the samples.

As a quick fix, just drop the SNDRV_PCM_INFO_DRAIN_TRIGGER flag, so
that the driver uses the normal PCM draining procedure.  Also, put
some caution comment to the function for future readers not to fall
into the same pitfall.

2962db71c7 staging/fbtft: Remove fbtft_device
Commit c440eee1a7 ("Staging: fbtft: Switch to the gpio descriptor
interface") removed the gpio code from fbtft_device rendering it useless.

fbtft_device is a module that was used on the Raspberry Pi to dynamically
add fbtft devices when the Pi didn't have Device Tree support.
Just remove the module since it's the responsibility of Device Tree, ACPI
or platform code to add devices.

63f2b1677f staging/fbtft: Depend on OF
Commit c440eee1a7 ("Staging: fbtft: Switch to the gpio descriptor
interface") removed setting gpios via platform data. This means that
fbtft will now only work with Device Tree so set the dependency.

This also prevents a NULL pointer deref on non-DT platform because
fbtftops.request_gpios is not set in that case anymore.

When the number of bytes to be printed exceeds the limit snprintf
returns the number of bytes that would have been printed (if there was
no truncation). This might cause issues, hence use scnprintf which

9a4c56be67 staging: wilc1000: avoid twice IRQ handler execution for each single interrupt
The IRQ handler(isr_bh_routine()) was called twice for each interrupt
from firmware. The data was read completely during the first call and
the second call was doing nothing.
Now changed the IRQ flag from ‘level’ to ‘edge’ trigger i.e
IRQF_TRIGGER_LOW to IRQF_TRIGGER_FALLING to avoid extra interrupt
trigger.
