usb: typec: stusb160x: fix return value check in stusb160x_probe()
[ Upstream commitf2d90e07b5] In case of error, the function device_get_named_child_node() returns NULL pointer not ERR_PTR(). The IS_ERR() test in the return value check should be replaced with NULL test.
