Reduce the uses of this unnecessary typedef.
Done via perl script:

s/\b(?<!struct\s)ctl_table\b(\s*\*\s*|\s+\w+)/"struct ctl_table " . trim($1)/ge'
Reflow the modified lines that now exceed 80 columns.
