ec1882a939 regulator: Updates for v3.12
Not much exciting going on with the regulator API this time around, lots
of driver fixes and enhancements - the main thing is the addition of a
new API to help make the stubbing code do the right thing for missing
 regulator mappings.

 Highlights:

  - A new regulator_get_optional() API call for regulators that can be
absent in normal operation. This currently does nothing but will be
used to improve the stubbing code for unspecified regulators, helping
avoid some of the issues we've seen with adding new regulator support.
  - Helpers for devices with multiple linear ranges of voltages in the
    same regulator.
  - Moved the helpers into a separate file since core.c is getting rather
    large.
  - New drivers for Dialog DA9210 and DA9063, Freescale pfuze100 and
    Marvell 88pm800.

8ad31e66c1 clocksource: armada-370-xp: Fix device-tree binding
This commit fixes the DT binding for the Armada 370/XP SoC timer.
The previous "marvell,armada-370-xp-timer" compatible is removed and
two new compatible strings are introduced: "marvell,armada-xp-timer"
and "marvell,armada-370-timer".

The rationale behind this change is that the Armada 370 SoC and the
Armada XP SoC timers are not really compatible:

  * Armada 370 has no 25 MHz fixed timer.

  * Armada XP cannot work properly without such 25 MHz fixed timer
as doing otherwise leads to using a clocksource whose frequency
varies when doing cpufreq frequency changes.

This commit also removes the "marvell,timer-25Mhz" property, given
it's now meaningless.

Let's fix up the msm serial device bindings so that it's clearer
what hardware is supported. Instead of using hsuart (for high
speed uart) let's use uartdm because that matches the actual name
of the hardware. Also, let's add the version information in case
we need to differentiate between different versions of the
hardware in the future. Finally, lets specify that clocks are
required (the clock bindings didn't exist when the original
binding was written) and also specify dma bindings just in case
we want to use it in software. We split the binding into two
files to make it clearer what's required and not required.

a0b311ef17 usb: usb: dsps: update device tree bindings
The support for both am335x-USB instances required changes to the device
tree bindings. This patch reflects these changes in the bindings
document.

v3…v4:
- remove the child node for USB. This is driver specific on won't be
  reflected in the device tree
- use the "mentor" prefix instead of "mg".
- use "dr_mode" istead of "mg,port-mode" for the port mode. The former
is used by a few other drivers.

v2…v3:
- use proper usb-phy nodes in evm, bone and evmsk device tree.

v1…v2:
- use mg prefix for the Metor Graphics specific attributes
- use power in mA not in mA/2 as specifed in the USB2.0 specification
- use usbX-phy instead of usbX_phy
- use dma-controller instead of dma

4981c4dc19 DMA: shdma: switch DT mode to use configuration data from a match table
This facilitates DMAC DT support by eliminating the need in AUXDATA and
avoiding creating complex DT data. This also fits well with DMAC devices,
of which SoCs often have multiple identical copies and it is perfectly
valid to use a single configuration data set for all of them.

9d8eab7af7 drivers: of: add initialization code for dma reserved memory
This patch adds device tree support for contiguous and reserved memory
regions defined in device tree.

Large memory blocks can be reliably reserved only during early boot.
This must happen before the whole memory management subsystem is
initialized, because we need to ensure that the given contiguous blocks
are not yet allocated by kernel. Also it must happen before kernel
mappings for the whole low memory are created, to ensure that there will
be no mappings (for reserved blocks) or mapping with special properties
can be created (for CMA blocks). This all happens before device tree
structures are unflattened, so we need to get reserved memory layout
directly from fdt.

Later, those reserved memory regions are assigned to devices on each
device structure initialization.

8465b01827 leds: pca9633: Add hardware blink support
Add hardware blinking support to the pca9633 driver.

NOTE: Hardware blinking violates the leds infrastructure
driver interface since the hardware only supports
blinking all LEDs with the same delay_on/delay_off
rates. That is, only the LEDs that are set to blink
will actually blink but all LEDs that are set to blink
will blink in identical fashion. The delay_on/delay_off
values of the last LED that is set to blink will be used
for all of the blinking LEDs. If the hardware doesn't
support the requested blinking pattern, a default of
500ms on and off will be used.

Hardware blinking is disabled by default but can be enabled
by setting the 'blink_type' member in the platform_data
struct to 'PCA9633_HW_BLINK' or by adding the 'nxp,hw-blink'
property to the DTS.

33b3a561f4 leds: support new LP8501 device - another LP55xx common
LP8501 can drive up to 9 channels like LP5523.
LEDs can be controlled directly via the I2C and programmable engines are
supported.

LP55xx common driver
LP8501 is one of LP55xx family device, so LP55xx common code are used.
Chip specific data is defined in the structure, 'lp55xx_device_config'.

Differences between LP8501 and LP5523
Different register layout for LED output control and others.
LP8501 specific feature for separate output power selection.
LP8501 doesn't support external clock detection.
 Different programming engine data.

LP8501 specific feature - output power selection
Output channels are selected by power selection - Vout or Vdd.
Separate power for VDD1-6 and VDD7-9 are available.
It is configurable in the platform data.
To support this feature, LP55xx DT structure and header are changed.
Device tree binding is updated as well.

LED pattern data
Example pattern data is updated in the driver documentation.
