Now that a regulator device for controlling the codec chip reset state
over a platform agnostic regulator API is available on the only board
using this driver so far, extend the driver with a bias control function
which will request virtual power to the codec chip from that virtual
regulator, and will supersede the present implementation existing at the
sound card level.
Thanks to the regulator sharing mechanism, both the old (the sound card)
and the new (the codec) implementations should coexist smoothly until
the sound card file is updated. For this to work as expected, update the
sound card .set_bias_level callback to not touch codec->dapm.bias_level.
While extending the cx20442 structure, drop unused control_type member.
Created against linxu-3.2-rc6, tested on top of patch 1/4 "ARM: OMAP1:
ams-delta: set up a regulator over the modem reset GPIO pin".

With some buggy devices, the usb-audio driver may give "frame xxx active"
kernel messages too often. Better to keep it as debug-only using
snd_printdd(), and also add the rate-limit for avoiding floods.

The renesas_usbhs driver doesn't use the clk functions. So, even if we
adds "CLKDEV_DEV_ID("renesas_usbhs.0", ...)" only, we cannot use the USB
controller because clk_late_init() will disable the clock by "usb0".
So, the patch also removes the "CLKDEV_CON_ID("usb0", ...)".

Add cache flushing code to the SH-Mobile specific CPU hotplug
implementation. While at it, add a cpu mask to make sure the
cache flushing code is finished in platform_cpu_die() before
letting the SoC-specific code in shmobile_platform_cpu_kill()
proceed with turning off power.
Without this code CPU hotplug offline fails when cache is
enabled on Cortex-A9 based SoCs.

Convert the low level SMP assembly code for SH-Mobile ARM
from using the INIT to the CPUINIT section. This unbreaks
onlining of CPUs using the CPU hotplug interface:
echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
Without this fix the reset vector code used by CPU hotplug
will be freed as init section data and CPU cores cannot
be brought online.

Both ext3 and ext4 put the half-created symlink inode into the orphan list
for a while (see the comment in ext[34]_symlink() for gory details). Then,
if everything went fine, they pull it out of the orphan list and bump the
link count back to 1. The thing is, inc_nlink() is going to complain about
seeing somebody changing i_nlink from 0 to 1. With a good reason, since
normally something like that is a bug. Explicit set_nlink(inode, 1) does
the same thing as inc_nlink() here, but it does *not* complain - exactly
because it should be usable in strange situations like this one.

devpts_kill_sb() is called even if devpts_fill_super() fails;
we should not do that kfree() in the latter, especially not
with ->s_fs_info left pointing to freed object. Double kfree()
is a Bad Thing(tm)...

* if you do dput() of root dentry, do *not* follow that with iput() of root
inode.
* while we are at it, don't do that dput() at all - you are leaving the pointer
in ->s_root and your ->kill_sb() will be very unhappy with that. It will do
proper dput(), though, so the easiest way is to leave that to it entirely.
* freeing ->s_fs_info is also best left to ->kill_sb() (which will do it
anyway), especially since we leave the pointer in place.
* that xchg() in ->kill_sb() is not a bug per se, but it's a plain and simple
masturbation with fewer excuses than Onan had...

Initial support for the r8a7779 SoC and the Marzen board (V2).
Only SCIF ports and the TMU are supported at this point.
To keep things simple only entity-mapped virt-to-phys mappings
are supported. This forces drivers and other SoC glue code to
make use of ioremap(). We cannot support early serial console
due to virtual address space collisions with the ARM kernel.
