961d4c3896 ath10k: add support for HTT 3.0
New firmware comes with new HTT protocol version.
In 3.0 the separate mgmt tx command has been
removed. All traffic is to be pushed through data
tx (tx_frm) command with a twist - FW seems to not
be able (yet?) to access tx fragment table so for
manamgement frames frame pointer is passed
directly.

0d9b0438b6 ath10k: add support for firmware newer than 636
The mgmt_rx event structure has been expanded.
Since the structure header is expanded the payload
(i.e. mgmt frame) is shifted by a few bytes. This
needs to be taken into account in order to support
both old and new firmware.

This introduces a fw_features to keep track of any
FW-related ABI/behaviour changes.

2fdac010bd drivers/net/ethernet/via/via-velocity.c: update napi implementation
Drivers supporting NAPI should use a NAPI-specific function for receiving
packets. Hence netif_rx is changed to netif_receive_skb.

Furthermore netif_napi_del should be used in the probe and remove function
to clean up the NAPI resource information.

Thanks to Francois Romieu, David Shwatrz and Rami Rosen for their help on

Enable the tx/rx aggregation which could contain one or more packets

This reverts commit f83331bab1.

As the tests PPC64 (powernv platform) show, IOMMU pages are leaking

"ping -f" and waiting for 15 seconds is the simplest way to confirm the bug.

98f1b7f382 Merge branch 'for-davem' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/linville/wireless-next
John W. Linville says:

====================
This is a batch of updates intended for 3.12. It is mostly driver
stuff, although Johannes Berg and Simon Wunderlich make a good
showing with mac80211 bits (particularly some work on 5/10 MHz
channel support).

The usual suspects are mostly represented. There are lots of updates
to iwlwifi, ath9k, ath10k, mwifiex, rt2x00, wil6210, as usual.
The bcma bus gets some love this time, as do cw1200, iwl4965, and a
few other bits here and there. I don't think there is much unusual
here, FWIW.

23402bddf9 gianfar: Add flow control support
eTSEC has Rx and Tx flow control capabilities that may be enabled
through MACCFG1[Rx_Flow, Tx_Flow] bits. These bits must not be set
however when eTSEC is operated in Half-Duplex mode. Unfortunately,
the driver currently sets these bits unconditionally.
This patch adds the proper handling of the PAUSE frame capability
register bits by implementing the ethtool -A interface. When pause
autoneg is enabled, the controller uses the phy's capability to
negotiate PAUSE frame settings with the link partner and reconfigures
its Rx_Flow and Tx_Flow settings to match the capabilities of the
link partner. If pause autoneg is off, the PAUSE frame generation
may be forced manually (ethtool -A). Flow control is disabled by
default now.
This implementation is inspired by the tg3 driver.

d972ab31b9 iwlwifi: mvm: remove MIMO3 from rate scale code
Current and future chips supported by mvm will only have a maximum
of 2 antennas so all the MIMO3 related code and states can be dropped.

e3c588ec0d iwlwifi: mvm: Add basic uAPSD client support
Implement basic uAPSD client support adding the following:

- Advertise uAPSD support in HW capabilities
- Set all ACs trigger- and delivery-enabled
- Set max SP length to 2 buffered frames
- Assign QNDP with the highest TID with no mandatory admission
  control required
- Set uAPSD related parameters in Power Table command

faec6f91f5 iwlwifi: mvm: don't clear tbl->win mistakenly
rs_get_tbl_info_from_mcs() mistakenly clears
the rate histories window, overriding its initialization
values (i.e. filling it with 0, instead of -1).

2ab9ba0fdf iwlwifi: pcie: returning positive instead of negative
There is a missing '-' character here so we return positive 'ENOMEM'
instead of negative. The caller doesn't care. All non-zero returns
are translated to '-ENOMEM' in iwl_pcie_nic_init().

This is just a cleanup.

6965a3540a iwlwifi: pcie: don't swallow error codes in iwl_trans_pcie_alloc()
The iwl_trans_pcie_alloc() function doesn't pass up error codes
returned from functions it calls, swallowing them and returning NULL
in all failure cases. The caller checks if the return value is NULL
and returns -ENOMEM. This is not correct, because in certain cases
the failure was not due to an OOM situation.

To fix this, modify the iwl_trans_pcie_alloc() function to use
ERR_PTR() to return error codes and clean up the error handling code
a bit.
