f63d395d47 NFS client updates for Linux 3.4
New features include:
 - Add NFS client support for containers.
   This should enable most of the necessary functionality, including
   lockd support, and support for rpc.statd, NFSv4 idmapper and
   RPCSEC_GSS upcalls into the correct network namespace from
   which the mount system call was issued.
 - NFSv4 idmapper scalability improvements
   Base the idmapper cache on the keyring interface to allow concurrent
   access to idmapper entries. Start the process of migrating users from
   the single-threaded daemon-based approach to the multi-threaded
   request-key based approach.
 - NFSv4.1 implementation id.
   Allows the NFSv4.1 client and server to mutually identify each other
   for logging and debugging purposes.
 - Support the 'vers=4.1' mount option for mounting NFSv4.1 instead of
   having to use the more counterintuitive 'vers=4,minorversion=1'.
 - SUNRPC tracepoints.
   Start the process of adding tracepoints in order to improve debugging
   of the RPC layer.
 - pNFS object layout support for autologin.

643ac9fc54 mm: fix testorder interaction between two kswapd patches
Adjusting cc715d99e5 "mm: vmscan: forcibly scan highmem if there are
too many buffer_heads pinning highmem" for -stable reveals that it was
slightly wrong once on top of fe2c2a1066 "vmscan: reclaim at order 0
when compaction is enabled", which specifically adds testorder for the
zone_watermark_ok_safe() test.

4da7072ad6 x86/io_apic: Move and reenable irq only when CONFIG_GENERIC_PENDING_IRQ=y
This patch removes dead code from certain .config variations.

When CONFIG_GENERIC_PENDING_IRQ=n irq move and reenable code is
never get executed, nor do_unmask_irq variable updates its init
value. Move the code under CONFIG_GENERIC_PENDING_IRQ macro.

b7157acf42 x86/apic: Add separate apic_id_valid() functions for selected apic drivers
As suggested by Suresh Siddha and Yinghai Lu:

For x2apic pre-enabled systems, apic driver is set already early
through early_acpi_boot_init()/early_acpi_process_madt()/
acpi_parse_madt()/default_acpi_madt_oem_check() path so that
apic_id_valid() checking will be sufficient during MADT and SRAT
parsing.

For non-x2apic pre-enabled systems, all apic ids should be less
than 255.

This allows us to substitute the checks in
arch/x86/kernel/acpi/boot.c::acpi_parse_x2apic() and
arch/x86/mm/srat.c::acpi_numa_x2apic_affinity_init() with
apic->apic_id_valid().

In addition we can avoid feigning the x2apic cpu feature in the
NumaChip apic code.

The following apic drivers have separate apic_id_valid()
functions which will accept x2apic type IDs :

 x2apic_phys
 x2apic_cluster
 x2apic_uv_x
 apic_numachip

e335e3eb82 locking/kconfig: Simplify INLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK usage
Get rid of INLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK entirely replacing it with
UNINLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK instead of the reverse meaning.

Whoever wants to change the default spinlock inlining
behavior and uninline the spinlocks for some weird reason,
such as spinlock debugging, paravirt etc. can now all just
select UNINLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK

5d3b56f932 [S390] register cpu devices for SMP=n
A kernel compiled with SMP=n will not register any cpu devices.
The resulting kernel image will not boot with this error message:

    kernel BUG at fs/sysfs/group.c:65!

Use GENERIC_CPU_DEVICES=y if SMP=n to get the missing cpu device.

212188a596 [S390] perf: add support for s390x CPU counters
Add a perf PMU to access the CPU-measurement counter facility CPUM CF.
CPUM CF provides multiple counter sets for measuring generic,
problem-state, and crypto activaties.  Also an extended counter set for
the IBM System z10 and IBM z196 mainframes is available.

Counters from the basic and problem-state counter set are mapped to
generic perf hardware events.  Other counters are accessible through
raw events.

b03d541aa4 [S390] oprofile: Allow multiple users of the measurement alert interrupt
Prepare the measurement facility which is currently only used by oprofile
for multiple users.  To achieve that the measurement alert interrupt control
bit needs to be protected.  The measurement alert definitions are moved
to a header file and an interrupt mask is added so that users can discard
interrupts if they are for a different measurement subsystem.

Add I2C driver for MCP3021 that is an ADC chip from Microchip.
The MCP3021 is a successive approximation A/D converter (ADC)
with 10-bit resolution.
The driver export the value of Vin to sysfs, the voltage unit is
mV. Through the sysfs interface, lm-sensors tool can also display
Vin voltage.

72fea694c4 hwmon: (w83795) Unconditionally support manual fan speed control
Manual fan speed control uses a standard interface and has received
sufficient testing and review by now, it can be enabled
unconditionally. This includes attributes pwm[1-8], pwm[1-8]_enable,
pwm[1-8]_mode and pwm[1-8]_freq.

We only let the user switch from automatic mode to manual mode, but
not the other way around, as automatic control settings may not have
been set properly by the BIOS.

On high CPU load the accumulating values in the running_avg_cap
register are very low (below 10), so averaging them too early leads
to unnecessary poor output resolution. Since we pretend to output
micro-Watt we better keep all the bits we have as long as possible.

8194c7c4d5 gpio/sodaville: Mark broken due to core irqdomain migration
The sodaville driver doesn't build anymore due to the transition to
common irq_domain in the core code.  It needs to be reworked, but
the rework isn't trivial.  Since this is a new driver anyway for
v3.4, mark it as broken now and a fixup patch can re-enable it when
the rework change has been tested.

e02db0aa3e microblaze: Handle TLB skip size dynamically
This patch fix the problem with rootfs on JFFS2 with early printk
console turned on.

The origin version used TLB63 for temporary early printk mapping.
The code expect that kernel is not able to use all 64 TLB entries
till early printk console is remapped by ioremap. After that
temporary mapping on TLB63 is silently lost.
This expectation give the opportunity to have early console pretty
early.

Microblaze systems with JFFS2 rootfs with early printk console turned on
used more than 64 TLB entries before kernel can remap early console.
Based on that kernel does access to bad area because early printk mapping
is rewritten.

This patch introduces tlb_skip variable which dynamically stores number
of skipped TLB entries from the TLB0. skip_tlb=2 means that TLB0 and TLB1
should be skipped.

MICROBLAZE_TLB_SKIP defines how many TLB is skipped at the kernel start.
They can be used for user purpose.

TLB 63 is used for temporary LMB mapping (MICROBLAZE_LMB_TLB_ID).

Also clean TLBLO when kernel starts.

For specific kernel sizes kernel can use just one TLB. Detect this case
and use the second TLB for general purpose.

Change _tlbia function to flush TLB entries from tlb_skip to TLB_SIZE.

Export tlb_skip size through debugfs.

173701d774 microblaze: Clear all MSR flags on the first kernel instruction
The main reason is bug because of dynamic TLB allocation.
U-BOOT didn't disable dcache and then writing to physical address
from ASM wan't visible for reading through MMU.
Disabling caches and clearing all flags from previous code
is good to do so.

7c0d261507 microblaze: Fix mapin_ram function
Fix how many pages are allocated in mapin_ram. It is lowmem_size
not setup CONFIG_LOWMEM_SIZE because it is the same for all systems.
Which means that wrong pages are allocated if memory size is smaller
than CONFIG_LOWMEM_SIZE. It has dramatic impact on bootup time.
On sp605 MMU full hw design is 7s.
