The Kconfig entry for USB_LPC32XX unconditionally selects USB_ISP1301,
which is now only visible when USB_PHY is also enabled.
This adds an appropriate dependency and enables USB_PHY in the msm
defconfig, avoiding these build errors:

Currently, if you pass the kernel a dtb where a cpu node has an
unsupported enable-method property (e.g. "not-psci"), it'll explode
horribly, as it iterates over the enable_ops array incorrectly. It
increments the pointer *at* the current element, rather than
incrementing the pointer *to* the current element. As the first two
elements pointed to structures that were contiguous in memory, this
happened to be equivalent. However the third element is NULL, so when
the list is exhausted, smp_get_enable_ops generates the wrong pointer,
and dereferences an arbitrary portion of memory, which currently happens
to contain zero.
This patch fixes this by indirecting the pointer one level, so we
iterate over the array elements correctly, avoiding the below panic:

show_pte makes use of the *_none_or_clear_bad style functions. If a
pgd, pud or pmd is identified as being bad, it will then be cleared.
As show_pte appears to be called from either the user or kernel
fault handlers this side effect can lead to unpredictable behaviour;
especially as TLB entries are not invalidated.
This patch removes the page table sanitisation from show_pte. If a
bad pgd, pud or pmd is encountered it is left unmodified.

The DSB following TLB or cache maintenance ops must be run on the same
CPU. With kernel preemption enabled or for user-space cache maintenance
this may not be the case. This patch adds an explicit DSB in the
__switch_to() function.

For compiling with allmodconfig, need vga.h file, so generate it which
just only include the asm-generic one.
It is firstly used by drivers/gpu/drm/drm_irq.c.

For systems where the top 32-bits of the MPIDR are all zero, we should
allow the device-tree to specify an #address-size of 0x1 for the CPU reg
property and then zero extend the value there.
Without this patch, kvmtool breaks with the recent mpidr parsing code
introduced in 4c7aa00213 ("arm64: kernel: initialise cpu_logical_map
from the DT").

dtv_property_cache is used on several places on very long lines.
On all places it is used, a long list of struct reference is done.
Instead of doing it, at the routines where it is used more than once,
replace it by one temporary var. That may help the compiler to
use a better code. It also makes easier to review the code, as the
lines becomes closer to 80 columns, making them a way clearer
to read.
No functional changes.

Memory maps typically require that the buffer size to be page
aligned. Currently, two memops drivers do such alignment
internally, but videobuf-vmalloc doesn't.
Also, the buffer overflow check doesn't take it into account.
So, instead of doing it at each memops driver, enforce it at
VB2 core.

In addition to commit 72cc9ba3 "em28xx: ignore isoc DVB USB endpoints with
wMaxPacketSize = 0 bytes for all alt settings" we should not save the endpoint
number of the isoc DVB endpoint before it has been validated.
While the current code works fine, dev->dvb_ep_isoc != 0 could be interpreted
as indicator that the device provides DVB support.

While testing v4l2-ctl I noticed that this m2m driver didn't set timestamp_type
and that it spammed the kernel log with debug messages. Set timestamp_type
correctly and add debug module option to enable debug messages.

Ensure TRY format is propagated from the sink to source pad.
The format at both pads is always same so the TRY format buffer
for pad 0 is used to hold format for both pads.
While at it remove redundant fmt->pad checking.

Originally struct v4l2_capability driver and card name was filled
with name of the platform device. After switching to the device tree
the device names have changed and now are 4 different driver names
reported, depending on the video device opened. So instead of e.g.
"exynos4-fimc" there is now one of: 11800000.fimc, 11810000.fimc,
11820000.fimc, 11830000.fimc.
Fix this by using dev->driver_name, rather than platform device name.
A common vidioc_querycap function is created for both M2M and capture
video node.
This fixes any breakage at user space should any application/library
rely on the driver's name.

Currently there is unbalanced module_put() on the s5p-csis module
which prevents it from being unloaded. The subdev's owner module
has reference count decremented in v4l2_device_unregister_subdev()
so just remove this erroneous call.

The FIMC-LITE.n subdevs have currently sd->owner field not set,
the exynos-fimc-lite module can be removed at any time, regardless
it is in use by other modules. When this module is unloaded the
kernel can crash easily by accessing video or media device nodes.

Remove regulator_bulk_free() calls as devm_regulator_bulk_get() function
is used to get the regulators so those will be freed automatically while
the driver is removed.
Missing gpio free is fixed by requesting a gpio with the devm_* API.
All that is done now in the I2C client driver remove() callback is the
media entity cleanup call.

The Meta defconfigs set the log buffer size to just 8KiB, but with the
fairly recent conversion of the kernel log buffer into a structured
binary format, log messages appear to consume more space in the buffer,
and in some cases it's not big enough to store the entire boot log.
Therefore switch all the defconfigs to use the default size of 128KiB.

Vitaliy reported that a per cpu HPET timer interrupt crashes the
system during hibernation. What happens is that the per cpu HPET timer
gets shut down when the nonboot cpus are stopped. When the nonboot
cpus are onlined again the HPET code sets up the MSI interrupt which
fires before the clock event device is registered. The event handler
is still set to hrtimer_interrupt, which then crashes the machine due
to highres mode not being active.

There is no real good way to avoid that in the HPET code. The HPET
code alrady has a mechanism to detect spurious interrupts when event
handler == NULL for a similar reason.
We can handle that in the clockevent/tick layer and replace the
previous functional handler with a dummy handler like we do in
tick_setup_new_device().
The original clockevents code did this in clockevents_exchange_device(),
but that got removed by commit 7c1e76897 (clockevents: prevent
clockevent event_handler ending up handler_noop) which forgot to fix
it up in tick_shutdown(). Same issue with the broadcast device.
