41f55d5755 [media] tda10071: make sure both tuner and demod i2c addresses are specified 
display an error message if either tuner_i2c_addr or demod_i2c_addr
are not specified in the tda10071_config structure

0176fd4d25 [media] tda10071: add tuner_i2c_addr to struct tda10071_config 
The default i2c address for the tuner is 0x14,
allow this to be overridden with a configuration parameter

9a0bf528b4 [media] move the dvb/frontends to drivers/media/dvb-frontends 
Raise the DVB frontends one level up, as the intention is to remove
the drivers/media/dvb directory.
