04d3e8a0b1 ARM: shmobile: Let Marzen multiplatform boot with Marzen DTB
Let the multiplatform Marzen support boot with the legacy DTS for
Marzen as well as the Marzen reference DTS.

1ece7f7bb0 ARM: shmobile: Remove non-multiplatform Marzen reference support
Now that r8a7779 has CCF support remove the legacy Marzen reference
Kconfig bits CONFIG_MACH_MARZEN_REFERENCE for the non-multiplatform
case.

Starting from this commit Marzen board support is always enabled via
CONFIG_MACH_MARZEN, and CONFIG_ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM is used to select
between board-marzen.c and board-marzen-reference.c

The file board-marzen-reference.c can no longer be used together with
the legacy sh-clk clock framework, instead CCF is used.

5016c81bf9 ARM: shmobile: r8a7779: Initial multiplatform support
Add Marzen and r8a7779 to CONFIG_SHMOBILE_MULTI. At this
point CCF is not yet supported so you cannot run this code
yet. For CCF support to happen several different components
are needed, and this is one simple portion that moves us
forward. Other patches need to build on top of this one.

Marzen board support exists in 3 flavours:
1) SHMOBILE_MULTI, MACH_MARZEN - board-marzen-reference.c (CCF + DT)
2) SHMOBILE, MACH_MARZEN_REFERENCE - board-marzen-reference.c (DT)
3) SHMOBILE, MACH_MARZEN - board-marzen.c (legacy C code)

When CCF is done then 2) will be removed. When 1) includes same features
as 3) then 3) will be removed.

Based on work for the Koelsch and r8a7791 by Magnus Damm.

bedd672409 ARM: shmobile: Sync Marzen DTS with Marzen reference DTS
Copy the device nodes from Marzen reference into the Marzen device tree
file. This will allow us to use a single DTS file regardless of kernel
configuration. In case of legacy C board code the device nodes may or
may not be used, but in the multiplatform case all the DT device nodes
will be used.

9188883fd6 ARM: dts: Enable twl4030 off-idle configuration for selected omaps
N900 now seems to shut down the external oscillator when hitting
off-idle.

And Beagle XM seems to have OSC_EN pin connected to allow shutting
down the oscillator looking at the schematics. The oscillator
output is cut off in off-idle and you can monitor it from R56 on
the bottom side of the board near the power jack. Note that for
beagle we need to also enable the UART wake-up event, the others
have that enabled in earlier patches.

OMAP37XX EVM (TMDSEVM3730) does not seem to have twl4030 clken
pin connected, so there is no point trying to enable shutting
down of the oscillator on it for the extra latency it adds.

2dc24b0d06 ARM: SoC updates for 3.16 (part 2)
This is a small follow-up to the larger ARM SoC updates merged
last week, almost entirely for the keystone platform.

The main change here is to use the new dma-ranges parsing code

platform to do cache-coherent DMA and to finally support all the
available physical memory when LPAE is enabled.

Aside from this, the keystone reset driver has been rewritten,
and there is a small bug fix to allow building the orion5x platform
 again.

1a5700bc2d The clock framework changes for 3.16 are pretty typical: mostly clock
driver additions and fixes. There are additions to the clock core code
for some of the basic types (e.g. the common divider type has some fixes
 and featured added to it).

One minor annoyance is a last-minute dependency that wasn't handled
quite right. ba0fae3 in this pull request depends on
include/dt-bindings/clock/berlin2.h, which is already in your tree via
the arm-soc pull request. Building for the berlin platform will break
when the clk tree is built on it's own, but merged into your master
 branch everything should be fine.

eb3d3ec567 Merge branch 'for-linus' of git://ftp.arm.linux.org.uk/~rmk/linux-arm into next
Pull ARM updates from Russell King:

 - Major clean-up of the L2 cache support code. The existing mess was
becoming rather unmaintainable through all the additions that others
have done over time. This turns it into a much nicer structure, and
implements a few performance improvements as well.

 - Clean up some of the CP15 control register tweaks for alignment
support, moving some code and data into alignment.c

 - DMA properties for ARM, from Santosh and reviewed by DT people. This
adds DT properties to specify bus translations we can't discover
automatically, and to indicate whether devices are coherent.

 - Hibernation support for ARM

 - Make ftrace work with read-only text in modules

 - add suspend support for PJ4B CPUs

 - rework interrupt masking for undefined instruction handling, which
allows us to enable interrupts earlier in the handling of these
   exceptions.

 - support for big endian page tables

 - fix stacktrace support to exclude stacktrace functions from the
trace, and add save_stack_trace_regs() implementation so that kprobes
   can record stack traces.

 - Add support for the Cortex-A17 CPU.

 - Remove last vestiges of ARM710 support.

 - Removal of ARM "meminfo" structure, finally converting us solely to
memblock to handle the early memory initialisation.

bc10f310e2 ARM: dts: Add LCD panel sharp ls037v7dw01 support for omap3-evm and ldp
Looks like quite a few omap3 boards have sharp ls037v7dw01 that's
configured as various panel dpi entries for whatever legacy reasons.
For device tree based support, let's just configure these properly for
panel ls037v7dw01 instead of panel dpi.

This patch creates a common file for panel ls037v7dw01, and makes
boards ldp and omap3-evm to use it.

The ls037v7dw01 also seems to be coupled with an ad7846 touchscreen
controller for the omaps, so let's add a basic configuration for
the touchscreen also using the default values.
