grab_cache_page_write_begin(). grab_cache_page_write_begin performs
memory allocation, so fs-reentrance should be prohibited because we
are inside journal transaction.

Don't prevent the test building on non-x86. Just try and build it and
let the chips fall where they may.

When inspecting the pivot_root and the current mount expiry logic I
realized that pivot_root fails to clear like mount move does.
Add the missing line in case someone does the interesting feat of
moving an expirable submount. This gives a strong guarantee that root
of the filesystem tree will never expire.

Clear MNT_LOCKED in the callers of copy_tree except copy_mnt_ns, and
collect_mounts. In copy_mnt_ns it is necessary to create an exact
copy of a mount tree, so not clearing MNT_LOCKED is important.
Similarly collect_mounts is used to take a snapshot of the mount tree
for audit logging purposes and auditing using a faithful copy of the
tree is important.
This becomes particularly significant when we start setting MNT_LOCKED
on rootfs to prevent it from being unmounted.

Forced unmount affects not just the mount namespace but the underlying
superblock as well. Restrict forced unmount to the global root user
for now. Otherwise it becomes possible a user in a less privileged
mount namespace to force the shutdown of a superblock of a filesystem
in a more privileged mount namespace, allowing a DOS attack on root.

- MNT_NODEV should be irrelevant except when reading back mount flags,
no longer specify MNT_NODEV on remount.
- Test MNT_NODEV on devpts where it is meaningful even for unprivileged mounts.
- Add a test to verify that remount of a prexisting mount with the same flags
is allowed and does not change those flags.
- Cleanup up the definitions of MS_REC, MS_RELATIME, MS_STRICTATIME that are used
when the code is built in an environment without them.
- Correct the test error messages when tests fail. There were not 5 tests
that tested MS_RELATIME.

Now that remount is properly enforcing the rule that you can't remove
nodev at least sandstorm.io is breaking when performing a remount.
It turns out that there is an easy intuitive solution implicitly
add nodev on remount when nodev was implicitly added on mount.

The patch models this dependency using parent/child hirerarchy.

bio integrity handling is broken on a system with LVM layered atop a
DIF/DIX SCSI drive because device mapper clones the bio, modifies the
clone, and sends the clone to the lower layers for processing.
However, the clone bio has bi_vcnt == 0, which means that when the sd
driver calls bio_integrity_process to attach DIX data, the
for_each_segment_all() call (which uses bi_vcnt) returns immediately
and random garbage is sent to the disk on a disk write. The disk of
course returns an error.
Therefore, teach bio_integrity_process() to use bio_for_each_segment()
to iterate the bio_vecs, since the per-bio iterator tracks which
bio_vecs are associated with that particular bio. The integrity
handling code is effectively part of the "driver" (it's not the bio
owner), so it must use the correct iterator function.
v2: Fix a compiler warning about abandoned local variables. This
patch supersedes "block: bio_integrity_process uses wrong bio_vec
iterator". Patch applies against 3.18-rc6.

When using the algif_skcipher, the following call sequence causess a
re-initialization:
1. sendmsg with ALG_SET_OP and iov == NULL, iovlen == 0 (i.e
initializing the cipher, but not sending data)
2. sendmsg with msg->msg-controllen == 0 and iov != NULL (using the initalized
cipher handle by sending data)
In step 2, the cipher operation type (encryption or decryption) is reset
to always decryption, because the local variable of enc is put into
ctx->enc as ctx->user is still zero.
The same applies when all send data is processed and ctx->used falls to
zero followed by user space to send new data.
This patch changes the behavior to only reset the cipher operation type
(and the IV) if such configuration request is received.

Until this patch, dumping the monitor data could be done only
for PCIe external (DRAM) mode in 7000 HW family. This patch
allows to pull the monitor data also on other families, and
also to pull the monitor data if an internal buffer is used.
