In kernel HTB keeps tokens in signed 64-bit in nanoseconds. In netlink
protocol these values are converted into pshed ticks (64ns for now) and
truncated to 32-bit. In struct tc_htb_xstats fields "tokens" and "ctokens"
are declared as unsigned 32-bit but they could be negative thus tool 'tc'
prints them as signed. Big values loose higher bits and/or become negative.
This patch clamps tokens in xstat into range from INT_MIN to INT_MAX.
In this way it's easier to understand what's going on here.

Since commit 1bdf02326b ("clk: at91: make use of syscon/regmap
internally"), clk_programmable_set_parent() is always selecting the
first parent (AKA slow_clk), no matter what's passed in the 'index'
parameter.
Fix that by initializing the pckr variable to the index value.

Jirka reported that python code returns all arrays as strings. This
makes impossible to get all items for byte array tracepoint field
containing 0x00 value item.
Fixing this by scanning full length of the array and returning it as
PyByteArray object in case non printable byte is found.

Warn unmatched function filter correctly instead of warning
"symbol-loading error", since that can be a filter issue.
From the technical point of view, this adds a filter chech in map__load
and if there is a filter, it returns -2 (filter-out), instead of -1
(error), and perf-probe checks it and change message.
E.g. without this fix:
# perf probe -F rt_sp*
no symbols found in [kernel.kallsyms], maybe install a debug package?
Failed to load symbols in kernel
With this fix:
# perf probe -F rt_sp*
no symbols passed the given filter.

In some cases it's necessry to figure out the map-local index of a given
Linux logical CPU ID. Add a new helper, cpu_map__idx, to acquire this.
As the logic is largely the same as the existing cpu_map__has, this is
rewritten in terms of the new helper.
At the same time, add the inverse operation, cpu_map__cpu, which yields
the logical CPU id for a map-local index. While this can be performed
manually, wrapping this in a helper can make code more legible.

In create_perf_stat_counter, when a target CPU has not been provided, we
call __perf_evsel__open with empty_cpu_map, and open a single FD per
thread. However, in read_counter we assume that we opened events for the
product of threads and CPUs described in the evsel's cpu_map.
Thus, if an evsel has a cpu_map with more than one entry, we will
attempt to access FDs that we didn't open. This could result in a number
of problems (e.g. blocking while reading from STDIN if the fd memory
happened to be initialised to zero).
This is problematic for systems were a logical CPU PMU covers some
arbitrary subset of CPUs. The cpu_map of any evsel for that PMU will be
initialised based on the cpumask exposed through sysfs, even if the user
requests per-thread events.

Since we set ATA_MAX_SECTORS_LBA48 to 65535 to avoid the corner case
in some drives that commands with "count" set to 0000h (which
reprsents 65536) does not work as expected, lba_48_ok(), which is
used for number-of-blocks checking when libata pack commands, should
use the same limit as well. In fact, there is no reason for the two
functions not to use the macros anyway.

So far we had only MIPS devices with serial flash connected to the SoC's
ChipCommon. ARM devices got a separated SPI controller and weere using
standard SPI drivers.
This has changed with the wireless SoC BCM47189B0. It's ARM based but
has serial flash attached just like older devices. This allows using
existing driver with these devices.

In corner case, we may end up processing same interrupt twice.
We have a logic to read pending interrupts at the end of interrupt
processing routine. It has a race with interrupts read in interrupt
handler. This patch solves the problem by ORing the interrupt bitmap
in this case.
The symptom for this bug is below messages in dmesg log.

It's been observed that request_irq() failure leads to a system crash
due to a bug in mwifiex driver.
When this failure happens, mwifiex_add_card() already takes care of
clearing and freeing adapter->card pointer. This patch removes the
redundant cleanup code causing crash.

The sdio dpc starts processing when in SDIOD_STATE_DATA. This state was
entered right after firmware download. This patch moves that transition
just before enabling sdio interrupt handling thus avoiding watchdog
expiry which would put the bus to sleep while probing.

When the host-interface bus has hard time handling transmit packets
it informs higher layer about this and it would stop the netdev
queue when needed. However, since commit 9cd18359d3 ("brcmfmac:
Make FWS queueing configurable.") this was broken. With this patch
the behaviour is restored.

After discovering there are 2 very different 14e4:4365 PCI devices we
made ID tables less generic. Back then we believed there are only 2 such
devices:
1) 14e4:4365 1028:0016 with SoftMAC BCM43142 chipset
2) 14e4:4365 14e4:4365 with FullMAC BCM4366 chipset

which should be claimed by bcma. Add back support for it.

So far we tried to rely on the SCSI 'all target ports' bit to register
all path, but for many setups this didn't work properly as the different
paths are seen as separate initiators to the target instead of multiple
ports of the same initiator. Because of that we'll stop setting the
'all target ports' bit in SCSI, and let device mapper handle iterating
over the device for each path and register them manually.

These only work if the we use the same initiator ID for all path,
which might not be true if we use different protocols, or even just
different HBAs.

Fix raid_status() to report all raid disks with status and table output
on disk adding reshapes, not just the ones listed on the mddev; optimize
its rebuild and writemostly output.

Enhance rs_reshape_requested() check function to be more transparent and
fix its raid10 check.
Streamline the constructor by factoring out reshaping preparation into
fucntion rs_prepare_reshape().

Resizing a RAID set during recovery can be allowed, because the MD
resynchronization thread will either stop any ongoing recovery in case
of shrinking below the current recovery position or carry on recovery
to the new size if the set is growing.
