95b54e1e10 ubi: gluebi: Fix double refcounting
There is no need to call get/put on the module
reference in gluebi_get/put_device() callbacks.
Since mtd->owner is the gluebi module itself
mtdcore.c will take care of proper refcounting
in __get/put_mtd_device() before executing the
callbacks.

dccbc9197d ubifs: Silence early error messages if MS_SILENT is set
Probe-mounting a volume too small for UBIFS results in kernel log
polution which might irritate users.
Address this by silencing errors which may happen during boot if the
rootfs is e.g. squashfs (and thus rather small) stored on a UBI volume.

714fb87e8b ubi: Fix race condition between ubi device creation and udev
Install the UBI device object before we arm sysfs.
Otherwise udev tries to read sysfs attributes before UBI is ready and
udev rules will not match.

8a8e8d2fdb ubi: Only read necessary size when reading the VID header
When reading the vid hdr from the device UBI always reads a whole
page. Instead, read only the data we actually need and speed up
attachment of UBI devices by potentially making use of reading
subpages if the NAND driver supports it.

Since the VID header may be at offset vid_hdr_shift in the page and
we can only read from the beginning of a page we have to add that
offset to the read size.

20d00ee829 Revert "vfs: add lookup_hash() helper"
This reverts commit 3c9fe8cdff.

As Miklos points out in commit c1b2cc1a76, the "lookup_hash()" helper
is now unused, and in fact, with the hash salting changes, since the
hash of a dentry name now depends on the directory dentry it is in, the
helper function isn't even really likely to be useful.

So rather than keep it around in case somebody else might end up finding
a use for it, let's just remove the helper and not trick people into
thinking it might be a useful thing.

For example, I had obviously completely missed how the helper didn't
follow the normal dentry hashing patterns, and how the hash salting
patch broke overlayfs. Things would quietly build and look sane, but
not work.

a7b4667a00 drm/i915: Never fully mask the the EI up rps interrupt on SNB/IVB
SNB (and IVB too I suppose) starts to misbehave if the GPU gets stuck
in an infinite batch buffer loop. The GPU apparently hogs something
critical and CPUs start to lose interrupts and whatnot. We can keep
the system limping along by unmasking some interrupts in
GEN6_PMINTRMSK. The EI up interrupt has been previously chosen for
that task, so let's never mask it.

3b2c1710fa drm/i915: Wait up to 3ms for the pcu to ack the cdclk change request on SKL
Bspec tells us to keep bashing the PCU for up to 3ms when trying to
inform it about an upcoming change in the cdclk frequency. Currently
we only keep at it for 15*10usec (+ whatever delays gets added by
the sandybridge_pcode_read() itself). Let's change the limit to 3ms.

I decided to keep 10 usec delay per iteration for now, even though
the spec doesn't really tell us to do that.
