Validate enhanced tx power entry read from EEPROM before applying the
tx power value. Different versions of EEPROM might contain different size
of table; always a good idea to make sure the entry is valid before
applying to the targeted channel.

mac80211: fix addba timer
left a problem in there, even if the timer was
never started it could be deleted and then added.
Linus pointed out that del_timer_sync() isn't
actually needed if we make the timer able to
deal with no longer being needed when it gets
queued _while_ we're in the locked section that
also deletes it. For that the timer function only
needs to check the HT_ADDBA_RECEIVED_MSK bit as
well as the HT_ADDBA_REQUESTED_MSK bit, only if
the former is clear should it do anything.

While running fsstress tests on the NFSv4 mounted ext3 and ext4
filesystem, the following call trace was generated on the nfs
server machine.
Replace GFP_KERNEL with GFP_NOFS in ima_iint_insert() to avoid a

Calling the START_ISO ioctl with a nonnegative cycle paramater has
never worked. Last night I got around to figuring out why. Most of
this patch is a big comment explaining why we enable an interrupt
source then don't actually do anything when we get one. As the
comment says, we should do more, but we don't have a way to tell
userspace what happened. . .

For consistency drop & in front of every proc_handler. Explicity
taking the address is unnecessary and it prevents optimizations

The mute-LED isn't synchronized with the actual mute state on some
HP laptops with IDT 92HD83xxx codecs. A similar hack using
check_power_status callback is added for this codec, too.

Andrew points out that acpi-cpufreq uses cpumask_any, when it really
would prefer to use the same CPU if possible (to avoid an IPI). In
general, this seems a good idea to offer.

A while ago TWL4030 had it's playback stream name changed, but
pandora needs it for it's playback path. Update to correct stream
name so that playback works again.
Also mark VIBRA output as not connected.

Many SoCs have their I2S pins MUXed with other functions. So we need
to pass a callback for driver to configure the pins appropriately.
Hence, the need of platform data and this header.
As and when needed new callbacks and structure pointers maybe added to this
header.
