2287cb47fb [media] doc-rst: move bttv documentation to bttv.rst file
There were several files under Documentation/video4linux/bttv.

Instead of simply copying them to the rst folder, I opted to
merge into a single document and adjust the headers to
adjust the section levels and fix the cards tables.

There are two exceptions on the merge:

- The Tuners were renamed as a separate document, as they
  describe a separate driver;

- I removed the PROBLEMS section. It describes problems with
the very first generation of 3D boards (Mistique/S3).
It sounds very unlikely that someone would still need to
install a bttv board on such hardware. Also, it is not
  very well written, IMHO.

2fdf829236 regulator: mt6323: Add support for MT6323 regulator

ed2eebbd61 drm/i915: add missing condition for committing planes on crtc
The i915 driver checks for color management properties changes as part

c71d4d5898 drm/i915: Treat eDP as always connected, again
eDP should be treated as connected even if doesn't have an EDID. In that
case we'll use the timings from the VBT. That used to be the case until
commit f21a21983e ("drm/i915: Splitting intel_dp_detect")
broke things by considering even eDP disconnected if we fail to get
an EDID for it.

Fix things up again by treating eDP as always connected.

b3802db5eb mmc: pxamci: fix potential oops
As reported by Dan in his report in [1], there is a potential NULL
pointer derefence if these conditions are met :
 - there is no platform_data provided, ie. host->pdata = NULL

Fix this by only using the platform data ro_invert when a gpio for
read-only is provided by the platform data.

This doesn't appear yet as every pxa board provides a platform_data, and
calls pxa_set_mci_info() with a non NULL pointer.

5f070e81be crypto: scatterwalk - Fix test in scatterwalk_done
When there is more data to be processed, the current test in
scatterwalk_done may prevent us from calling pagedone even when
we should.

In particular, if we're on an SG entry spanning multiple pages

calling pagedone on the second last page.

This patch fixes this by adding a separate test for whether we've
reached the end of a page.

4e6c3df4d7 crypto: skcipher - Add low-level skcipher interface
This patch allows skcipher algorithms and instances to be created
and registered with the crypto API. They are accessible through
the top-level skcipher interface, along with ablkcipher/blkcipher
algorithms and instances.

This patch also introduces a new parameter called chunk size
which is meant for ciphers such as CTR and CTS which ostensibly
can handle arbitrary lengths, but still behave like block ciphers
in that you can only process a partial block at the very end.

For these ciphers the block size will continue to be set to 1
as it is now while the chunk size will be set to the underlying
block size.

7b1058bc59 s390/cio/chp : Remove deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue
The workqueue "chp_wq" is involved in performing pending
configure tasks for channel paths.

It has a single work item(&cfg_work) and hence doesn't require
ordering. Also, it is not being used on a memory reclaim path.
Hence, the singlethreaded workqueue has been replaced with the use of
system_wq.

System workqueues have been able to handle high level of concurrency
for a long time now and hence it's not required to have a singlethreaded
workqueue just to gain concurrency. Unlike a dedicated per-cpu workqueue
created with create_singlethread_workqueue(), system_wq allows multiple
work items to overlap executions even on the same CPU; however, a
per-cpu workqueue doesn't have any CPU locality or global ordering
guarantee unless the target CPU is explicitly specified and thus the
increase of local concurrency shouldn't make any difference.

bd25997d77 dwc_eth_qos: Remove deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue
alloc_workqueue replaces deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue().

A dedicated workqueue has been used since the workitem viz
lp->txtimeout_reinit is involved in reinitialization if a TX timeout
occurs, which is necessary to guarantee forward progress in packet
processing. As a network device can be used during memory reclaim, the
workqueue needs forward progress guarantee under memory pressure.
WQ_MEM_RECLAIM has been set to ensure this.

Since there is only a single work item, explicit concurrency limit is
unnecessary here.

e7ca311e37 kernel-doc: Fix up warning output
While trying to make gpu docs warning free I stumbled over one output
which wasn't following proper compiler error output standards. Fix it
up for more quickfix awesomeness.

acddc72015 KEYS: Fix for erroneous trust of incorrectly signed X.509 certs
Arbitrary X.509 certificates without authority key identifiers (AKIs)
can be added to "trusted" keyrings, including IMA or EVM certs loaded
from the filesystem. Signature verification is currently bypassed for
certs without AKIs.

Trusted keys were recently refactored, and this bug is not present in
4.6.

restrict_link_by_signature should return -ENOKEY (no matching parent
certificate found) if the certificate being evaluated has no AKIs,
instead of bypassing signature checks and returning 0 (new certificate
accepted).
