b0a397fb35 bridge: Add fdb dst check during fdb update
Current bridge fdb update code does not seem to update the port
during fdb update. This patch adds a check for fdb dst (port)
change during fdb update. Also rearranges the call to
fdb_notify to send only one notification for create and update.

Changelog:

f7a1dd6e3a ipvs: ip_vs_sip_fill_param() BUG: bad check of return value
The reason for this patch is crash in kmemdup
caused by returning from get_callid with uniialized

Removing Zero check of matchlen since it's done by ct_sip_get_header()

Merge tag 'stable/for-linus-3.10-rc0-tag' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen

of 3.9 dragging out to -rc8 he then re-sent the reminder on the first
day of the merge window anyway)

ee3ae84ef4 NFSv4: Servers should only check SETATTR stateid open mode on size change
The NFSv4 and NFSv4.1 specs are both clear that the server should only check
stateid open mode if a SETATTR specifies the size attribute. If the
open mode is not one that allows writing, then it returns NFS4ERR_OPENMODE.

In the case where the SETATTR is not changing the size, the client will
still pass it the delegation stateid to ensure that the server does not
recall that delegation. In that case, the server should _ignore_ the
delegation open mode, and simply apply standard permission checks.

de4772c621 edac: sb_edac.c should not require prescence of IMC_DDRIO device
The Sandy Bridge EDAC driver uses a register in the IMC_DDRIO CSR
space to determine the type of DIMMs (registered or unregistered).
But this device does not exist on some single socket Sandy Bridge
servers. While the type of DIMMs is nice to know, it is not essential
for this driver's other functions. So it seems harsh to have it
refuse to load at all when it cannot find this device.

Make the check for this device be optional. If it isn't present
just report the memory type as "MEM_UNKNOWN".

which is quite obvious, because that commit put (multiple instances
of) sysfs_create_file() under rcu_read_lock()/rcu_read_unlock(),
although sysfs_create_file() may cause memory to be allocated with
GFP_KERNEL and that may sleep, which is not permitted in RCU read
critical section.

Revert the buggy commit altogether along with some changes on top
of it.

02615ed5e1 [media] cx88: make core less verbose
Along the time, several debug messages were added at cx88-cards.
While those are still useful to track some troubles with
tuners, they're too verbose:
[ 5768.281801] cx88[0]: Calling XC2028/3028 callback
[ 5768.287388] cx88[0]: Calling XC2028/3028 callback

[ 5768.306244] cx88[0]: Calling XC2028/3028 callback

and, most of the time, useless.

So, disable them, except if core_debug modprobe parameter
is used.

This is caused by commit c7a45e5b4f,
that added support for two I2C buses. A partial fix was applied
at 3de09fbbfa, but it doesn't cover
all cases, as the DVB core fills fe->dvb->priv with adapter->priv.

1e435256d6 clk: add clk_ignore_unused option to keep boot clocks on
This is primarily useful when there's a driver that doesn't claim clocks
properly, but the bootloader leaves them on. It's not expected to be used
in normal cases, but for bringup and debug it's very useful to have the
option to not gate unclaimed clocks that are still on.
