f91149d316 ARM: S3C64XX: Clean up after SPI driver platform data updates
Commit 1c20c2 (spi: s3c64xx: Remove the 'set_level' callback from

f84f1f462b C6X: remove dependence on legacy IRQs
The core priority PIC code uses legacy irq support to facilitate direct

patch removes the legacy irq usage and replaces it with a generic linear
mapping.

b3f8956210 C6X: remove megamod-pic requirement on direct-mapped core pic
The megamodule PIC cascades a number of interrupt sources into the core
priority PIC. The megamodule code depends on the core hardware interrupt
numbers being mapped one-to-one with regard to linux interrupt numbers.
This patch removes that dependence in order to pave the way for removing
the direct mapping in the core PIC code.

eea03c20ae Make wait_for_device_probe() also do scsi_complete_async_scans()
Commit a7a20d1039 ("sd: limit the scope of the async probe domain")
make the SCSI device probing run device discovery in it's own async
domain.

However, as a result, the partition detection was no longer synchronized
by async_synchronize_full() (which, despite the name, only synchronizes
the global async space, not all of them). Which in turn meant that
"wait_for_device_probe()" would not wait for the SCSI partitions to be
parsed.

And "wait_for_device_probe()" was what the boot time init code relied on
for mounting the root filesystem.

Now, most people never noticed this, because not only is it
timing-dependent, but modern distributions all use initrd. So the root
filesystem isn't actually on a disk at all. And then before they
actually mount the final disk filesystem, they will have loaded the
scsi-wait-scan module, which not only does the expected
wait_for_device_probe(), but also does scsi_complete_async_scans().

[ Side note: scsi_complete_async_scans() had also been partially broken,
but that was fixed in commit 43a8d39d01 ("fix async probe
regression"), so that same commit a7a20d1039 had actually broken
setups even if you used scsi-wait-scan explicitly ]

Solve this problem by just moving the scsi_complete_async_scans() call
into wait_for_device_probe(). Everybody who wants to wait for device
probing to finish really wants the SCSI probing to complete, so there's
no reason not to do this.

So now "wait_for_device_probe()" really does what the name implies, and
properly waits for device probing to finish. This also removes the now
unnecessary extra calls to scsi_complete_async_scans().

d1cc1732cc arch/tile: provide kernel support for the tilegx USB shim
This change adds support for accessing the USB shim from within the
kernel. Note that this change by itself does not allow the kernel
to act as a host or as a device; it merely exposes the built-in on-chip
hardware to the kernel.

The <arch/usb_host.h> and <arch/usb_host_def.h> headers are empty at
the moment because the kernel does not require any types or definitions
specific to the tilegx USB shim; the generic USB core code is all we need.
The headers are left in as stubs so that we don't need to modify the
hypervisor header (drv_usb_host_intf.h) from upstream.

41bb38fc53 tile pci: enable IOMMU to support DMA for legacy devices
This change uses the TRIO IOMMU to map the PCI DMA space and physical
memory at different addresses. We also now use the dma_mapping_ops
to provide support for non-PCI DMA, PCIe DMA (64-bit) and legacy PCI
DMA (32-bit). We use the kernel's software I/O TLB framework
(i.e. bounce buffers) for the legacy 32-bit PCI device support since
there are a limited number of TLB entries in the IOMMU and it is
non-trivial to handle indexing, searching, matching, etc. For 32-bit
devices the performance impact of bounce buffers should not be a concern.

bbaa22c3a0 tilegx pci: support I/O to arbitrarily-cached pages
The tilegx PCI root complex support (currently only in linux-next)
is limited to pages that are homed on cached in the default manner,
i.e. "hash-for-home". This change supports delivery of I/O data to
pages that are cached in other ways (locally on a particular core,
uncached, user-managed incoherent, etc.).

A large part of the change is supporting flushing pages from cache
on particular homes so that we can transition the data that we are
delivering to or from the device appropriately. The new homecache_finv*
routines handle this.

Some changes to page_table_range_init() were also required to make
the fixmap code work correctly on tilegx; it hadn't been used there
before.

We also remove some stub mark_caches_evicted_*() routines that
were just no-ops anyway.

narrow these down a bit by restricting the PF to only supporting 4TC DCB

eb022d058f ixgbevf: Fix multiple issues in ixgbevf_get/set_ringparam
In ixgbevf_get_ringparam we could run into a NULL pointer dereference
if the rings were not allocated when we attempted the call. To prevent
that we can just access the tx/rx_ring_count values instead of attempting
to access the rings to get the count.

This change corrects a memory leak and memory corruption in
ixgbevf_set_ringparam.

The memory leak was due to us not freeing the resources from the ring
before overwriting them. This change corrects the memory leak by making
certain to call ixgbe_free_tx/rx_resources on the rings prior to freeing
them.

The memory corruption was because we were replacing the rings but not
updating the q_vectors. It addresses the memory corruption by leaving the
rings in place and instead just copying the contents of the new rings into
the existing rings.

18c6308971 ixgbevf: Do not rewind the Rx ring before bumping tail
The driver is going back one step from its' previous location before
bumping tail. This is incorrect. We should just be writing the value of
next_to_use into the tail register.

5d9a533bac ixgbevf: fix VF untagging when 802.1 prio is set
We have had an issue when using ixgbe+ixgbevf and 802.1 VLAN tagging.

When attaching a VLAN to a VF, frames with a 802.1q priority appeared
untagged on the VF hence not reaching the VLAN, where frames with
priority 0 where tagged as expected and seen by the VLAN device.

This seems due to the way ixgbevf is looking up the full tag
(prio+cfi+vlan) against the adapter active_vlans, as a condition to mark
the skb tagged.

8388546e79 tilegx net driver: handle payload data not in frags
The original driver implementation assumed that for TSO, all the
payload data would be in the frags. This isn't always true; change
the driver to support payload data at skb->data between
"skb_transport_offset(skb) + tcp_hdrlen(skb)" and "skb->hdr_len",
followed by the data in the frags.

ddbe503203 ipv6: add ipv6_addr_hash() helper
Introduce ipv6_addr_hash() helper doing a XOR on all bits
of an IPv6 address, with an optimized x86_64 version.

Use it in flow dissector, as suggested by Andrew McGregor,
to reduce hash collision probabilities in fq_codel (and other
users of flow dissector)

Use it in ip6_tunnel.c and use more bit shuffling, as suggested
by David Laight, as existing hash was ignoring most of them.

Use it in sunrpc and use more bit shuffling, using hash_32().

Use it in net/ipv6/addrconf.c, using hash_32() as well.

As a cleanup, use it in net/ipv4/tcp_metrics.c
