Oliver Neukum	94bebf4d1b	Driver core: fix race in sysfs between sysfs_remove_file() and read()/write() This patch prevents a race between IO and removing a file from sysfs. It introduces a list of sysfs_buffers associated with a file at the inode. Upon removal of a file the list is walked and the buffers marked orphaned. IO to orphaned buffers fails with -ENODEV. The driver can safely free associated data structures or be unloaded. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
