837ba00f20 drm/i915: DSL_LINEMASK is 12 bits only on gen2
Gen3+ is 13 bits (12:0), and on gen2 only 12 (11:0). For both the high
bits are marked reserved, read-only so continue to mask them. Bit 31
is not reserved and has a meaning.

Fix multiple stylistic issue like:
- The print message should be not break into multiple line.
- line gap after variable declaration and statement.
- checkpatch error.
- some typo.

Some enhancement on error message printing to print error value
also along with proper text.

Avoid voltage_base conversion to microvolts every time.

5e13a0c5ec Merge remote-tracking branch 'airlied/drm-core-next' into drm-intel-next-queued
Backmerge of drm-next to resolve a few ugly conflicts and to get a few
fixes from 3.4-rc6 (which drm-next has already merged). Note that this
merge also restricts the stencil cache lra evict policy workaround to
snb (as it should) - I had to frob the code anyway because the
CM0_MASK_SHIFT define died in the masked bit cleanups.

We need the backmerge to get Paulo Zanoni's infoframe regression fix
for gm45 - further bugfixes from him touch the same area and would
needlessly conflict.

9cd75e13de powerpc: Fix broken cpu_idle_wait() implementation
commit 771dae818 (powerpc/cpuidle: Add cpu_idle_wait() to allow
switching of idle routines) implemented cpu_idle_wait() for powerpc.

The changelog says:
"The equivalent routine for x86 is in arch/x86/kernel/process.c
but the powerpc implementation is different.":

Unfortunately the changelog is completely useless as it does not tell
_WHY_ it is different.

Aside of being different the implementation is patently wrong.

The rescheduling IPI is async. That means that there is no guarantee,
that the other cores have executed the IPI when cpu_idle_wait()
returns. But that's the whole purpose of this function: to guarantee
that no CPU uses the old idle handler anymore.

Use the smp_functional_call() based implementation, which fulfils the
requirements.

[ This code is going to replaced by a core version to remove all the
pointless copies in arch/*, but this one should go to stable ]

cf8fc4f10e drm/exynos: add dpms for hdmi
The power and clocks turns on always in exynos hdmi and mixer driver,
but we should turn off the power and clocks of exynos hdmi and mixer
when the hdmi cable unplugged or when hdmi unused.

There are two interrupt to detect hotplug of hdmi cable - internal
interrupt and external interrupt. The internal interrupt can use only
when hdmi is dpms on so if hdmi is dpms off, we should use external
interrupt to detect hotplug of hdmi cable. If hdmi is dpms on, we cannot
external interrupt because the gpio pin for external interrupt is used
to hdmi HPD pin for internal interrupt.

207e715ff1 openrisc: use scratch regs in atomic syscall

8f97437eb5 ARM: OMAP3: clock data: add clockdomain for HDQ functional clock
Add the correct clockdomain for the HDQ functional clock. This is needed
for the clock and hwmod PM code to work correctly.

d76316fef3 ARM: OMAP3+: dpll: Configure autoidle mode only if it's supported
The current DPLL code enables and disables autoidle features
without checking whether the autoidle register is available.
Fix this by putting a check for the existence of the autoidle
register in the DPLL data.

With such a check in place, for DPLLs which do not support this
feature, simply skipping the autoidle_reg entry in the DPLL data
is sufficient.

f1bbbb1365 ARM: OMAP2+: dmtimer: cleanup iclk usage
We do not use iclk anywhere in the dmtimer driver and so removing it.
Hence removing the timer iclk entries from OMAP4 clkdev table as well.

610eb8c218 ARM: OMAP4+: Add prm and cm base init function.
Instead of statically defining seperate arrays for every OMAP4+ archs,
have a generic init function to populate the arrays. This avoids the
need for creating new array for every arch added in the future that
reuses the prm and cm registers read/write code.
