b917fa3961 OMAPDSS: MANAGER: Create a function to check manager timings
Create a function dss_mgr_check_timings() which wraps around the function
dispc_mgr_timings_ok(). This is mainly a clean up to hide dispc functions
from interface drivers.

dss_mgr_check_timings() is added in the function dss_mgr_check(), it currently
takes the timings maintained in the omap_dss_device struct. This would be later
replaced by the timings stored in the manager's private data.

Make dss_mgr_check_timings() and dispc_mgr_timings_ok() take a const
omap_video_timings pointer since these functions just check the timings.

4172116385 OMAPDSS: Apply manager timings instead of direct DISPC writes
Replace the function dispc_mgr_set_timings() with dss_mgr_set_timings() in the
interface drivers. The latter function ensures that the timing related DISPC
registers are configured according to the shadow register programming model.

Remove the call to dispc_mgr_go() in dpi_set_timings() as the manager's go bit
is set by dss_mgr_set_timings().

45324a2648 OMAPDSS: APPLY: Add manager timings as extra_info in private data
DISPC manager size and DISPC manager blanking parameters(for LCD managers)
follow the shadow register programming model. Currently, they are programmed
directly by the interface drivers.

To configure manager timings using APPLY, there is a need to introduce extra
info flags for managers, similar to what is done for overlays. This is needed
because timings aren't a part of overlay_manager_info struct configured by a
user of DSS, they are configured internally by the interface or panel drivers.

Add dirty and shadow_dirty extra_info flags for managers, update these flags
at the appropriate places. Rewrite the function extra_info_update_ongoing()
slightly as checking for manager's extra_info flags can simplify the code a bit.

Create function dss_mgr_set_timings() which applies the new manager timings to
extra_info.

408d9dbbc4 OMAPDSS: DISPC: Remove Fake VSYNC support
Fake VSYNC support is a hack and has some bugs in it. It isn't used by any user
of DSS. Remove Fake VSYNC support. For DSI command mode and RFBI panels, a user
of DSS should wait for the completion of a frame by using the panel driver's
sync op.

9b9c457b43 OMAPDSS: HDMI: define and dump CORE registers in correct order
The HDMI core register offset macros aren't defined in ascending order of their
values, some of the offset macros are also redefined. The same issues occur when
these core registers are dumped.

Clean up the ordering of HDMI core registers and remove repeated registers in
the definition in ti_hdmi_4xxx_ip.h and in ti_hdmi_4xxx_core_dump().

3c7de24771 OMAPDSS: HDMI: Fix ti_hdmi_4xxx_core_dump
The function ti_hdmi_4xxx_core_dump has some bugs, the following mention the
bugs and the solutions:

- The macros DUMPCORE and DUMPCOREAV in ti_hdmi_4xxx_core_dump() use
  hdmi_pll_base() for the offsets needed to calculate register addresses, use
  functions hdmi_core_sys_base() amd hdmi_av_base() to calculate the correct
  offsets for CORE_SYS and CORE_AV registers.

- Many of the CORE_AV registers use the DUMPCORE macro, and hence the register
  addresses are calculated incorrectly. Rename the current DUMPCOREAV macro as
  DUMPCOREAV2 as it takes 2 arguments to dump indexed CORE_AV registers, create
  a new macro called DUMPCOREAV which is now used for dumping non-indexed
  CORE_AV registers.

a2d96e778d ALSA: hda - More robustify the power-up/down sequence
Check the power_transition up/down state instead of boolean bit, so
that the power-up sequence can cancel the pending power-down work
properly.  Also, by moving cancel_delayed_work_sync() before the
actual power-up sequence, make sure that the delayed power-down is
completed.

30b4e9eb78 sched: Fix KVM and ia64 boot crash due to sched_groups circular linked list assumption
If we have one cpu that failed to boot and boot cpu gave up on
waiting for it and then another cpu is being booted, kernel
might crash with following OOPS:

The crash happens in init_sched_groups_power() that expects
sched_groups to be circular linked list. However it is not
always true, since sched_groups preallocated in __sdt_alloc are
initialized in build_sched_groups and it may exit early

        if (cpu != cpumask_first(sched_domain_span(sd)))
                return 0;

without initializing sd->groups->next field.

Fix bug by initializing next field right after sched_group was
allocated.

57da8b960b x86: Avoid double stack traces with show_regs()
What was called show_registers() so far already showed a stack
trace for kernel faults, and kernel_stack_pointer() isn't even
valid to be used for faults from user mode, hence it was
pointless for show_regs() to call show_trace() after
show_registers().

Simply rename show_registers() to show_regs() and eliminate
the old definition.

74b89e8a36 HID: wiimote: Fix IR data parser
We incorrectly parse incoming IR data. The extra byte contains the upper
bits and not the lower bits of the x/y coordinates. User-space expects
absolute position data from us so this patch does not break existing
applications. On the contrary, it extends the virtual view and fixes
garbage reports for margin areas of the virtual screen.

411a2df509 regulator: twl-regulator: make TWL4030_ALLOW_UNSUPPORTED more configurable.
The regulators in the twl4030 can provide some voltage settings
that are not offically supported.
These settings are disabled by default, but can be enabled with
  CONFIG_TWL4030_ALLOW_UNSUPPORTED=y
However
 - that config variable is not mentioned in any Kconfig so cannot
   be used, and
 - a global setting is clumsy - a per regulator setting would be
   better.

So define a new 'feature' flag that a board file can set to enable
these unsupported volatages for boards which need them.

This flag cannot (yet) be set using device-tree.

32cf4023e6 ALSA: HDA: Lessen CPU usage when waiting for chip to respond
When an IRQ for some reason gets lost, we wait up to a second using
udelay, which is CPU intensive. This patch improves the situation by
waiting about 30 ms in the CPU intensive mode, then stepping down to
using msleep(2) instead. In essence, we trade some granularity in
exchange for less CPU consumption when the waiting time is a bit longer.

As a result, PulseAudio should no longer be killed by the kernel
for taking up to much RT-prio CPU time. At least not for *this* reason.

071cf1c9a7 drbd: allow ping-timeout of up to 30 seconds
Allow up to 300 centi-seconds to be configured for the "ping timeout".
There may be setups where heavy congestion, huge buffers, and asymmetric
bandwidth limitations may need a "huge" ping-timeout as work-around
for "spurious connection loss" problems.

where mdev->rs_total (an unsigned long) is being compared to 1ULL << 32, which
is always false on a 32-bit machine.
