xprtrdma: Remove RPCRDMA_PERSISTENT_REGISTRATION macro
Clean up. RPCRDMA_PERSISTENT_REGISTRATION was a compile-time switch between RPCRDMA_REGISTER mode and RPCRDMA_ALLPHYSICAL mode.
