[media] em28xx-audio: implement em28xx_ops: suspend/resume hooks

Implement em28xx_ops: suspend/resume hooks. em28xx usb driver will
invoke em28xx_ops: suspend and resume hooks for all its extensions
from its suspend() and resume() interfaces.
