Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

[ARM] pxa: make it clear by converting MMC 'delay_detect' to millisecond delay_detect in HZ is confusing, convert it to be millisecond based. And thus remove those unnecessary call to msecs_to_jiffies() at runtime for this field. Other constants are converted assuming HZ == 100, which are basically true for those platforms. The assignment in csb726.c was incorrect, and is fixed in this patch as a result. ARM: pxa: propagate errors from regulator_enable() to pxamci The em_x270_mci_setpower() and em_x270_usb_hub_init() functions call regulator_enable(), which may return an error that must be checked. This changes the em_x270_usb_hub_init() function to bail out if it fails, and changes the pxamci_platform_data->setpower callback so that the a failed em_x270_mci_setpower call can be propagated by the pxamci driver into the mmc core.
