[ARM] msm: clean up iomap and devices - Add some more peripherals (sdcc, etc) to the iomap. - Remove virtual base addresses for devices that we should be passing physical addresses to drivers via resources and ioremap()ing. - don't try to use uarts for ll debug once the mmu is enabled due to problems with the peripheral window - make base addresses void __iomem * and fixup irq.c and timer.c - Remove common.c and bring in devices.c/devices.h similar to the PXA architecture. gpio: Make gpio-msm-v1 into a platform driver Doing this removes the dependence of this driver on the msm_iomap.h and cpu.h mach include headers provied by MSM. This is necessary to support single zImage work in the future and allows us to remove cpu.h entirely and brings us closer to removing msm_iomap.h. MSM: Add USB suport for QSD8x50 OTG driver takes care of putting hardware into low power mode. Hence make peripheral and host devices as children of OTG device and let runtime PM takes care of notifying peripheral and host state to OTG device. VBUS power up and shutdown routines are implemented by modem processor. As RPC infrastructure is not available, configure USB in peripheral only mode.
