[GFS2] Update copyright, tidy up incore.h As per comments from Jan Engelhardt <jengelh@linux01.gwdg.de> this updates the copyright message to say "version" in full rather than "v.2". Also incore.h has been updated to remove forward structure declarations which are not required. The gfs2_quota_lvb structure has now had endianess annotations added to it. Also quota.c has been updated so that we now store the lvb data locally in endian independant format to avoid needing a structure in host endianess too. As a result the endianess conversions are done as required at various points and thus the conversion routines in lvb.[ch] are no longer required. I've moved the one remaining constant in lvb.h thats used into lm.h and removed the unused lvb.[ch]. I have not changed the HIF_ constants. That is left to a later patch which I hope will unify the gh_flags and gh_iflags fields of the struct gfs2_holder. gfs2: use workqueue instead of slow-work Workqueue can now handle high concurrency. Convert gfs to use workqueue instead of slow-work. * Steven pointed out that recovery path might be run from allocation path and thus requires forward progress guarantee without memory allocation. Create and use gfs_recovery_wq with rescuer. Please note that forward progress wasn't guaranteed with slow-work. * Updated to use non-reentrant workqueue. GFS2: Move gfs2_recoverd into recovery.c By moving gfs2_recoverd, we can make an additional function static and it also leaves only (the already scheduled for removal) gfs2_glockd in daemon.c. At the same time the declaration of gfs2_quotad is moved to quota.h to reflect the new location of gfs2_quotad in a previous patch. Also the recovery.h and quota.h headers are cleaned up. GFS2: Move recovery variables to journal structure in memory If multiple nodes fail and their recovery work runs simultaneously, they would use the same unprotected variables in the superblock. For example, they would stomp on each other's revoked blocks lists, which resulted in file system metadata corruption. This patch moves the necessary variables so that each journal has its own separate area for tracking its journal replay.
