ARM: at91: dt: at91sam9g45 family and board device tree files Create a new device tree source file for Atmel at91sam9g45 SoC family. The Evaluation Kit at91sam9m10g45ek includes it. This first basic support will be populated as drivers and boards will be converted to device tree. Contains serial, dma and interrupt controllers. The generic board file still takes advantage of platform data for early serial init. As we need a storage media and the NAND flash driver is not converted to DT yet, we keep old initialization for it. ARM: at91: AIC and GPIO IRQ device tree initialization Both AIC and GPIO controllers are now using the standard of_irq_init() function to initialize IRQs in case of DT use. The DT specific initialization functions are now separated from the non-DT case and are now using "linear" irq domains. The .map() irqdomain operation is responsible for positioning the IRQ handlers. In AIC case, the Linux IRQ number is directly programmed in the hardware to avoid an additional reverse mapping operation. The AIC position its irq domain as the "default" irq domain. ARM: at91: prepare sam9 dt boards transition to common clk This patch prepare the transition to common clk for sam9 dt boards by replacing the timer init callback. Clocks registration cannot be done in early init callback (as formerly done by the old clk implementation) because it requires dynamic allocation which is not ready yet during early init. In the other hand, at91 clocks must be registered before at91sam926x_pit_init is called because PIT (Periodic Interval Timer) driver request the master clk (mck). A new function (at91sam9_dt_timer_init) is created to fullfil these needs. This function registers all at91 clks using the dt definition before calling the PIT init function. The device tree clock registration is enabled only if common clk is selected. Else the old clk registration is been done during at91_dt_initialize call.
