Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

ARM: OMAP: Increase VMALLOC_END to allow 256MB RAM This increases VMALLOC_END to 0x18000000, making room for 256MB RAM with the default 128MB vmalloc region. Note that after this patch there's no longer a hole between vmalloc space and the beginning of IO space on omap2 as the first virtual mapping starts at 0xd8000000. Also fold in a related change from Paul Walmsley <paul@pwsan.com> to change the OMAP2_SRAM addresses accordingly.
