The actual processing of the website is handled by Gitlab on the old https://lab.ilot.io instance. Since that space is deprecated, and pending closure, I need to port this website to forgejo actions. While Forgejo does not have a native Pages function, Codeberg implemented their own page server. This was designed pre-actions, so requires setting up another repo that it'll be the actual "hosting" repo, while this one will do the static page generation through actions.
